This place has structural issues as well as Foundation problems. I have worked on this house numerous times and it is very unfortunate how bad of a structural problem it's has

@@terrenceakesson3510 best advice is to not buy this place it is not worth the money even though you may look like it it's really is not worth it... my best advice is just to build your own house

This house is on the market for $8.5M - who the hell would buy a house for that much money in Winnipeg??? Anyone with that kind of money would leave for Toronto or Vancouver or some place like that.
