Remember it was once listed for $100mill.. The interiors are one of my favourite all time but Im not a very big fan of its Modern Spanish architecture for this specific home.. And still for $59 million I won't want any neighbor looking over my mansion but that's just me.. The best basketball court in a home ever! 👍🏻
Look where there at on google earth and-it doesn’t seem anyone could this because of massiveness of estate, the only way someone could do this is with a telescope. All of these houses are multi million dollar homes and they very spaced between them, some of the houses are being built at this moment

It seems like the developer put every effort into the interior experience of the home and forgot to design something architecturally relevant from the outside. The exterior of the home doesn't make sense whatsoever.

I love this house, but if I hit the lottery tomorrow, I wouldn’t buy it. There’s absolutely zero privacy. Every one of your neighbors is looking down & into all those huge windows & the only view you have is just that small Canyon.
No matter how beautiful a house may look if it isn’t being sold for a long period after being on the market and its price kept falling, you know there’s something definitely wrong with the house
I like the first floor, but I’d put the dining room in front of the kitchen and the tv in front of the fireplace. I think it’d look good. But yea I agree the garage could be doubled in size with the basketball court converted. Make the value of the home go way up.
The “value” of the home is so far out over its ski they could literally fill the swimming pool with gold and still not create value This is a 15million house at most and the oligarchs and kleptocrats who are the targeted marks have created their own economy now and no longer need or want the west Brics makes these absurdities instantly become liabilities
Wow beautiful and very sexy home lots of room for G wagons location is amazing. Belair is very beautiful and close to the Hotel is very very well is nice as well hostel shops, downtown Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive for lunch to the Belair hotel, and a beautiful lunch to the Beverly Hills hotel where there’s no paparazzi allowed. 💯👑
