Where are you getting the information that Gluttony is the sixth sin? I cant find anything indicating that the sins have an order and that Gluttony is specifically the sixth one. From what I have seen Gluttony tends to be more often the second when listed.

While Gluttony IS the second in Dante's Inferno (unless you count Limbo). Gluttony is the 6th terrace in the Purgatorio. You're both technically correct.

Correction: the Janitor doesn’t have bandages on his eyes. He’s wearing a Guest’s skinned face and it’s sliding down OVER his eyes. The chefs also wear skins, which is why it looks like their heads don’t sit right over their clothes.

They might just refer to Six as she/her because it's easier. Maybe in the Little Nightmares universe, there might not actually be seperate genders with the children

I think they're trying to go for they call Six a girl cause that's what people assume looking at her, but perhaps on the Maw they see kids as just an "it" or something entirely different, so don't have a gender for them. It does irk me how in one interview the developers say "Six's gender is known yet." but then say she and her when referring to Six in the next interview. Like just reveal the secret, I don't think the whole universe of the game will crumble revealing Six's gender.

You can still use she/her pronouns even if someone is not female. Somebody may be non-binary but still use she/her pronouns. Or, maybe they just use she/her because Six looks like a girl and it's just a reflex.

Notice how the Lady looks quite ordinary compared to every other antagonist Six faces aboard the Maw? It could be possible that the Lady was once a normal human girl like Six, and that _she_ had eaten the Lady before _her,_ obtaining the previous Lady's powers and commandeering the Maw. Meaning Six might follow in her footsteps become the new Lady shortly after the ending cutscene of the game. The Lady only uses cracked mirrors, because intact mirrors somehow damage her. However, Six finds a single intact mirror hidden away within the Lady's own quarters, which begs the question: if mirrors hurt her, why on earth would the Lady keep one nearby? Maybe she kept it around so that, when the time came, she could test Six's intelligence/determination/resourcefulness to see whether Six was worthy of responsibility over the Maw. This theory may or may not overlap with the theory that Six is the Lady's daughter. Who knows, maybe Six's name refers to her being the eventual sixth Lady....

Well, i think, the creators also stated that six is NOT the daughter of the Lady...so you can scratch that of the list I like your theory about the "following her footsteps" because thats what i was thinking to .... every wondered why, at the end after the credits, we see her above the maw and the horns go off? if the lady is dead it would mean the maw can no longer operate wich should result in the horns never go off again...or am i wrong? intresting theory though ^^

Quick theory. What if Six is named “six” in the most literal sense as it’s just a number. The same way how we “name” animals that are primed to be food simply by numbering them instead of giving them actual names. Perhaps every child has a number instead of a name.

I have five questions: 1. Is Six still a protagonist? 2. Why did Six eat Seven/Runaway Boy/Kid (in nome form) when he offered her a sausage? 3. Is Mono going to be a replacement of Seven? 4. Is Six going to eat Mono? (Which is a future question) 🤔 5. Was it Mono come out early and gave Six the bread? ( It’s because it’s been confirmed it wasn’t the Runaway Kid/Boy/Seven) 🤔

Little nightmares 2 has been confirmed a sequel. The devs have also said that mono is a completely new character so no he’s not the bread boy. No six is not the protagonist, six’s story is over, now we have mono a new character with a new story and new “abilities” whatever his abilities are. He might be able to travel through TVs. Six ate the nome because as we saw in the kitchen some of the meat is made from children and six never knew the runaway kid so she ate what she thought wasn’t a child. Six more than likely won’t eat mono but mono might end up killing six in this game. On eBay there’s a statue of a monster six attacking mono who’s holding a lead pipe and the monster six has a broken leg. Yes this statue is official. Mono is not a replacement for the runaway kid. The runaway kid was meant to show more of the maw and answer some questions. He wasn’t important we never even got a real name for him seven is just something fans made up. I mean the devs just call him “the kid” so he’s not important to the overall story anymore. Mono on the other hand is. Mono has shown signs of abilities no other character seems to have. I hope I answered your questions well and if u have any others just ask and I will use my super fan knowledge of little nightmares to answer.

Ichi matsu fans call him seven but we have no clue that his real name is really seven. There are other theories that say she is called six because she's the 6th generation that should take the powers of the lady and rule the maw. Plus, in the comic we see one of the kids is eaten by a leech, so six's name should have been five, right? Until we don't know what role the rest of the kids have( the 5 kids +the runaway, the bread kid and the disappearing girl in the dlc) we can't say that their names are 1, 2 3, 4 5, 6, 7...that would really be boring, I think the "six" name is meant for something else

Ichi matsu No i mean, everyone can think of the theory that the kids are named 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and i think the creator would want us to put more effort into thinking why her name is Six, it would be too easy to say she's six because the other kids can be 1, 2, 3 etc. And she doesn't even know them, or more likely she doesn't remember them and why she got into the maw. Anyway, I meant that this is a very misterious game that wouldn't give up the reason why she's called six so easily

In the new DLC the lady is looking at herself in a mirror without a mask and is being unhurt(she looks hideous) *A theory*: Mirrors show her inner ugliness rather than outer physical appearance which is actually quite beautiful. The lady doesn't know this which is why she is obsessed with beauty and wears a mask, but this only makes her seem even more ugly whenever she looks in a mirror because she has become more arrogant and greedy which makes her an ugly person (on the inside) perhaps this is the curse of her magic? Since mirrors only hurt her when she wears a mask it's kind of like the mirrors are refusing to show her looking good when she's evil. So if you try to look at yourself pretty(wearing a mask) you'll be injured and if you look at yourself without a mask you'll seem disgusting. I kind of feel sorry for the lady tbh cause she's so stupid maybe if she wasn't evil she wouldn't need a mask and mirrors would let her see how she actually looks (👌)
