That wouldn't work for so many reasons. I doubt many mobiles could cope with such a long, big game. Its storage capacities simply wouldn't handle it. Some elements of the game, which add a specific, deeper part, mostly with Flowey, need the game to crash to carry on the game. I'm not sure forcibly crashing mobile apps could happen, especially if the game needs it on a regular basis.
