1080p@120 recording (test - valorant) 

1080p@120fps recorded in obs with 85,000kbps bit rate (default settings hardware encoding mp4)
120fps doesnt give vp9 and doesnt display above 60 in youtube. i think they just dump the extra frames above 60. that said i need to render at higher resolution and use frame blending from 120 down to 60 in export.
