I wrote many of griencenves in my jail career. All of them were writing up an officer for abusing their power and not abiding by inmate CO rules. Non of them were against a fellow inmate. If an inmate broke the law and you write a greivence you are snitchin.

If the initial paragraph was true and it was just that then I would say yeah, that snitching, but then he says that he’s forced to write it and so then that’s not snitching lol. Basically the COs are definitely the police you can’t snitch on the police in jail lol how do you think people get lawsuits? They have to do the grievance for documentation lol.. A grievance is usually filed against a facility and/or agency and/or its employees Like u file a grievance against a prison itself, but if u file anything especially written statements against other prisoners thats not a grievance

Yes but in his grievance he literally name drops ppl in his grievance and also says what happen in it its another form of slicc trying to dry snitch and but it's straight up telling,his grievance alone can be used as a statement because his grievance is a signed statement.if they chose to press charges take them to court they could use his signed grievance which is a statement and use it as witness testimony in court.
