Unless the case is still ongoing, everyone's cases are public information. Like he said, anyone can go to the department and do a FOIA request (freedom of information act), and get files/records on cops, judges, da's, whoever you want really. So I don't know why everyone acts like someone's paperwork on them snitching is secret or some shyt.

Jake is wrong on this one. Because if he's only going off the police report or the arrest report, that's basically the cops side of the story. So you're basically saying you're taking the cops word at truth hundred percent. Cop lying all the time especially in police reports to make themselves look good or to try to bury the evidence against you. They can say anything to make you look bad. And they like to add little things like he kept looking over at me when I was searching his car and looked worried, or he yelled oh, y'all got me we're screwed now, when the cop found the gun or the dope. The police like to add all type of little crap in the police report so that way when it goes to the DA's desk oh, it looks like a slam dunk case. Now if there was a written statement or police video of the interrogation of Greedo or anybody else saying anything incriminating than yeah then they'd be snitching. But it is just a police report where the cop is saying that somebody said this or somebody did this or somebody said that, then I wouldn't believe it too much because cops lie all the time, especially in the police report or arrest report
