I rolled a similar build on J4 but instead of Steel your Heart and Vuln I got Apex inventor and some other random crap. I built: heartsteel, despair, visage, gargoyle stoneplate and locket and would get a 10k decaying shield on like an 8 second cd and healed up any damage I took during its downtime. I ending up 1v2ing every fight while my random teemo just got blown up at the start. Apex inventor is so broken on tanks I hope people don't catch on to it and force another tank meta
Funniest shit is, every time he gets to a new country/language, he says the exact same thing "I can't take that shit seriously", again and again with every language xD

I really enjoyed this video. As someone whos been watching since the first iteration of arena, ive been feeling a little burned out from the content but the conversation you guys had about cultures was really refreshing and it felt like i was listening to a podcast while watching you guys play It often seems like you only talk about whats happening on the screen (which is fair, it is a gameplay video after all) but the off topic discussion was very entertaining and id love for more of those to be edited into the videos

As a native from Portugal i always notice how much easier it is for us to understand Spanish then Spanish speakers to understand us. Also if we are around Brazilian speakers we tend to start speaking like then naturally. So yeah guess it's harder

15:11 as a kid I gave up on math and algebra fast: it didnt come natural to me, i was lazy and the school system didnt help at all. Now that im getting into jobs/adult world i am regretting it bad xd im seriously thinking about getting some math tutoring/starting to study on my own to improve my math skills

Dunno if you've done it yet, but I had a game a bit ago where I got Steel Your Heart on Pyke, and did this same strat where I sold my prismatic for a Heartsteel. Ended the game with almost 1k AD and an assload of lethality. I 2-tapped a Cait with my Q and an auto in the last round.

Recetly played Decap ChoGath (got the idea from a vid of yours) and it was amazing, got a bunch of DMG % increase items and augments, my record ult damage hit a morgana for 5.1K true damage x) Also ran some maths and found something crazy, all the % dmg increases stack MULTIPLICATIVELY, leading to crazy numbers.
Hey Nidhogg! I was in an arena game and noticed that Singed’s W ground will proc Cruelty but won’t proc for courage of the colossus. Weird since both item texts say when you “immobilize an enemy” but only one of them counts the grounded status from Singed W.

[About the languages convo] As a Russian-Ukrainian, even Ukrainian sounds goofy to me, even while I was living in Ukraine (Zaporojie), we mostly spoke Russian. When you (for example) watch serious TV shows (or movie etc), and switch from Russian Dub to Ukrainian Dub it's sounds so goofy. Well, from a perspective of someone who haven't spoke it for more than 14 years basically (since I was 6ish). So yes, Russian do sound serious. Especially considering like half of Ukraine (tbf even more) never actually spoke "clear" Ukrainian on regular basis, and mostly used a mix of Russian and Ukrainian at least for half a decade (so like 2-3 generations).

idk how you feel about it or if youve already done it but ive ran the kennen/amumu with kennen getting empyrean promise and just shielding and ulting right on top of amumu , on top of that just %dmg augments and whatever you can make use of
I think there's just a certain set of videos for each language/accent that, if you've watched, will mind poison you to crack up every time you hear someone being particularly expressive in that language/accent. I'm lucky in that I live in a very rural area with a fairly undocumented (social media-wise) dialect so I manage to not laugh in someone's face every time they're upset, but man if I lived in Birminham there would be a permanent loop of Danny G playing in my head that would corrupt every social encounter, I'd be stabbed for sure.

Fun interaction. Vuln works on Shen Q magic damage for some reason. Ive done it 3 times now! In one game i got it round 1 and got duskblade. Went atma's/IE/Shadowflame. I saw 4K damage to a darius with one auto!! Executing him at 40% HP
