I could feel my blood pressure spiking just watching. When I eat these I typically add extra veggies, do two at once, drain the noodles and veggies through a strainer to get rid of the broth and excess sodium, top with sriracha and hoisin sauce. So yummy and cut way down on the sodium.

I eat like 5k calories per day and I'm not even fat. Just do some research on food eating patterns and find what works best for you. It doesn't matter how much you eat it's how often you're digesting it that makes you fat.
