Love the turkey talk podcasts. The season is drawing near, and I'm eager to hear other's experiences and tips/advice. I went out a few rimes last year, but couldn't get one close enough for a shot.
Off topic but I was listening to your podcast on America's cartridge. As a young adult who is getting started buying rifles, I'm interested a lot in balancing performance vs commonality and availability of ammo. (Nobody wants to buy 6.5 prc right now bc you can't find ammo and if you do it costs a future) meanwhile 308 is still "reasonable". Wondering if there is any actual data in the number of rifles sold in a given chambering. Bonus if you could breaj down by years ie how many have been sold in the last 10 years..
