This movie came out when I was 11 years old, in year 7 and I remember singing all the songs in all my classes and my classmates used to get so annoyed (not that it stopped me) and now I'm 22 years old nearly and feeling so sentimental about this time of my life!! Xx

ZAC SHOULD BE THERE

This took just 24 days to film and yet it's the best movie of my life and their chemistry was just incredible. You go, HSM, this is what a true good movie is supposed to be.

Most people getting upset because Zac wasn't there but seems like you guys are forgetting Zac was probably busy either filming or promoting Dirty Grandpa movie. Haven't you guys notice he's in more movies then this cast? He's busy geez lol not his fault he got other jobs to do.

I was very young when HSM 1 came out. But I still remember sitting down on my couch and watching it. HSM was such a huge part of my childhood. TY guys 😂😭💓

Zanessa and Troyella where the first pairs of a fandom I love so much. It was the beginnig of thinking about fandoms. It was the beginning of reading fanfics. Okay, all of them where here on youtube and most of them aren't fanfictions as a fluently written text. But ..... HSM takes so much memories for me. Now, with 20 years (in July 21) I look HSM again and I love it. It was so much better than any other Teenage-Film I have ever seen (okay, not as everyone. There are two ones that are good on the same way) and it was so much better than fu***** Twilight. HSM is ..... It was so genius. A big thank you to all of the cast to make this great film.

OMG yes, I remember all the hype in my country about HSM. It was CRAZY ! My friends and I couldn't stop talking about it, singing their songs, watching 464645 times the movie. I still listen to their songs and watch the movies tbh.

They were my legit childhood and nothing will ever replace High School Musical

I was four when this movie came out!! This was my childhood!! I literally mean it. Day in and day out. I still have the series on replay on my Netflix!!!!!!!!! Makes me feel so old because time flew by with that movie, but ehhh...can't complain, time flies when you're having fun!!😂😂 Lots of love for anything "High School Musical"!!

I felt the sincerity, the passion and honesty in every word they said. They were legit genuine and grateful for the whole HSM experience. Seeing this made it even more disappointing that Zac wasn't there.. I mean it's what made him what he is now!

I honeslty haven't watched these movies for about 4 years at this point, but I loved them like crazy when I was 12 lol. Hope this special broadcast is easy enough to access online, cause I'd love to be able to see this.

Woww I was seven when this premiered! I remember when my brother got me the 2nd HSM movie on DVD when it first came out and put it on my pillow next to me while I was asleep, I was soo happy! The movies made me want to be dancing in their cafeteria, going on vacation at Sharpay's family's resort and I actually cried during the 3rd because they all graduated and it was over. So many good memories that I won't forget :')

I also can't believe its been 10 years I have been waching the musical and it always has and and always will be my fav.this movie is why I am in love with singing with dancing so I hope to see a # 4.

yassss thank you for making my childhood complete! thank each of you who was a part of this greatest movie ever! Zac sent a video because he couldn't be there. when he was asked which part had been his favorite of all time, he answered that it had to be the scene which they had all gathered together (the wildcat basketball basket & dance). so what do you want more from him? he has his own career i mean he is so busy with his next movie but he doesn't forget to send a touching video! except the truth that he wasn't there! grow up kiddos and mind your own business. (i thought it was jessie j at first when i saw vanessa hudgens in that hair style lol)

for one Halloween I was gabriella montes I love this movie and I'm 12yrs u guys are the real true reason I started to sing and dance I love you guys I still to this day love and watch HSM

I was hoping that high school musical would come back but after years I wated there was no new high school musical but the song the dances all was still in my mind but you guys were grown ups know so high school musical is gone but I hope they will show the movie in star movies and yeah I will never miss you guys👍👍
