We can’t even have 7 players without an afk or a bot tank or long wait in queue. Imagine now 10 players per team! Does maps can even support that many players?
Well, people give up playing because they want to play TD or Light and the game doesn't start, so I think we're going to have more light and heavies now, unless people will troll it and go all TDs and have like 4 TDs in one game 💀
Bro true the amount of afk people needs to change. Wg needs a massive ban wave for people who consistently go into battle and do move or barely move a minute or two before the game ends. You go afk ban or pay money to get your account back
10vs10 its the best idea, because in the current amount 7vs7, if you dont get a light and the enemy does, game over, the enemy gets an extra heavy, your heavies dont, game over, so with 10vs10, would eleminate that gap of the matchmaking deciding you dont get the right class and amount of tanks equally. obviously, if the opposite team is bad its irrelevant, but the point its for the majority

For anyone with concerns about this gamemode due to afk's/maps being too small, hear me out. First off yall act like you get 1-2 afk's every single game, which is an insane exaggeration and statistically improbable. Adding 6 more players to the battle means that each individual player represents a smaller percentage of the team, so an afk would actually be less harmful in this game mode. a 6v7 is much harder than a 9v10. Even if you have 2 afks, its not just going to be an easy sweep for the other team. thats 8 guns that can punish overly-agressive players, who will easily be deleted if they do something dumb. 10v10 is gonna be slower paced and drawn out, becaue the risk is much higher for a MUCH lower reward. The overall HP pool for each team is also way bigger, so one afk isnt taking away as much effective HP in a 10v10 situation vs a 7v7 situation. Plus the afk issue is not as bad as people make it out to be, and ive had many games with an afk where we still win because of the team playing smart and passively. Positioning in this game mode is going to be essential, and the team that clears a flank first will most likely win, There is not really any space to jam all 10 players on one side of the map as well. Tanks will actually benefit from playing their roles. Hevs as the frontline shock absorbers, Meds as 2nd line support or flank fighters, TD's sniping and punishing aggressive plays, and Lights just floating around harassing. This will be a great game mode where people can learn to do the "little things" that can increase your stats and winrate in normal game modes.
Player skill and afk player numbers vary greatly per server. In eu server I have written down from 10 games for a whole week how many afk players(regardless if its troll or connection loss) and I get roughly 40%, meaning every 4 games I either get a player who loads very late to the game(sometime they barely just moving when they are the last one left) or just never move. Funny how its either only 1 person on 1 team or 1 player on each team, never 2 afk on same team as if the matchmaker knows. Overall I agree that more players means a system with more cogs will perform better if 1 cog is faulty, its why pc version allows for light tanks to help the team more and are picked more often(and also bigger maps) While modes like skirmish further cause balance issues with just having a standoff and seeing which team has better heavies.

10 v 10 only makes sense if they release larger maps or keep the gameplay exclusive to the current largest maps. Everything else will just be even bigger steamrolls than we get already in 7 v 7.
It would be more like a firefight rather than a chase match so yeah less strategy but more action? I don't know but am happy that I don't have to wait for Big Boss game mode in order to use my times 5X certificade now I can make almost the same amount of damage with 10vs10 and research them all!
the camo comes from a RU-vid channel that restores British tanks, about a year ago they made that camo and WG is funding there projects so they are putting there Chieften camo in the game

On EU, 7v7 even on ratings is a joke. Most game are team wipes, sometimes with you, sometimes against. Its a lotto. 10v 10 just make the one sidedness even worse. It russia server they have this mod, and a few tanks in all tiers that we dont in na or eu server. See they videos from russian youtubers and see a new tier x tank, and so many legend camo for all tanks we dont have. the wg are so butterhole

I think games will be more even cause one team will dominate heavy side and the other will dominate medium side and then they’ll be roughly even at the end of a battle.

5v5 skirmish always seemed to make the main problem of blitz even worse, that being that the weight on every player's shoulder is huge and the ability to drasticaly decrease the team's ability to win with 1 small mistake, leading to their odds of victory plummeting hard(ignoring variables such as skill). I loved how pc version had 15 players cause even if you had multiple idiots, your team can still crush as every player is a smaller cog in the system. I really think 10v10 will be way better than 5v5 and even normal 7v7 mode.

@@UmaShikaBuaka First of all, you cant just assume all 3 will be nubs. Regular WoT on pc would be dead by now considering they have 15 per team and one person being dead within the first minute changes nothing while in blitz and especially skirmish, it can already spell disaster. Second, you shouldnt have to platoon in order to have a decent win/loss ratio and hope the enemy has worse platoons or braindead players who cant fight against platoons. I can also just que for skirmish and see for myself how long it takes to get a match despite the matchmaker needing less players to start a game, showing that most players dont play it and if players dont play it, it aint that good. So you should wait for 10v10 before critizising a mode that isnt out and comparing it to a mode that has been out for a good amount of time and feels like a boring smaller version of what regular 7v7 can boil down to: Hug the same building as the enemy heavy to see who can track the other first or get a lucky penetration, camp with a TD in the same spot entire match to just lock down an entire sightline, making it a pain in the rear for the enemy to even push in, light/mediums just exist for no reason cause playing peek-a-boo is dangerous and flanking doesnt exist, and the match is over sometimes in less than 2 minutes.
Bruh 10v10 s coming in blitz and i think the E10 the tier IX kv2 and the dthstr would be tanks for a new season so yeah if the e10 would be the tier 7 then almost everyone gonna get it for free and that gun on it is kinda scary

Regular KV2 at tier 6 is 640 damage and 21 second reload, so same damage and 2 seconds faster reload. The tier 9 one makes no sense. It must be 800 damage every 19 seconds to be worthwhile.
@@halbailman I think if we want to keep the 152mm gun smasher's reload time would be appropiate for a balanced tank in tier 9. This just shows how ridiculous smasher is for tier 7

Could have sworn that the devs said no artillery for blitz a long time ago. It wouldn’t work out because the maps are FAR too small and there are too few players per match. Even with a 10v10 it probably wouldn’t be enough players. If even one player sucks with artillery then the team would be at a severe disadvantage. Not to mention, artillery players would be instantly mopped by flankers in blitz and their damage would also have to be reduced (since every tank has reduced stats of the pc version). At that point, they will just become glorified TDs
