This slowed metabolism allows them to stay submerged for long periods of time. ... The hibernating turtles breathe without surfacing by absorbing dissolved oxygen through their skin and cloaca.

For me I listen to it every night, or when I read! My 5th grade teacher also played it for us when we did independent work. It's really great and the music helps me sleep. There's no lyrics for me to sit up and just think about just calm nice music!

Quanto è bello, questo video... anche se sono già più di 5 ore, che lo ascolto e tra una cosa e l'altra da fare, alzo gli occhi e rivedo, queste splendide creature ( che sembrano tutte uguali, ma non lo sono) tartarughe piccole e grandi, con diverse tonalità di colore e di scuti di ogni fattura. Eppoi, sorrido, perché sembrerebbe che seguono, tuttod'un tratto , l'uomo , sommozatore e fissa dritta, il suo bel musone, dentro la videocamera....eppoi se n'è va' , girandosi. Ecco.. non mi stancherò mai di guardare qst video, anche se sembrerà monotono ( al primo acchito)... ma non lo è . Eppoi, mi fa ridere, quella grande bellissima tartaruga, che rimane con la coda in su, mentre è impegnata con tutta la sua testa, dentro ad una scogliera a caccia di qualcosa da estirpare sul fondo...e, non gli vedi la testa...poi esce e in bocca non vedi niente....hahahaha...ma che tirava...?? Piccola gioia..😂 😂
