11.0.5 elemental one shots? (NEW TALENT BUILD) | Shaman PVP | World of Warcraft | The War Within 

I use pretty much the same build but I have gave up Deeply Rooted and added Flux Melting (20% LB increase damage after casting Frost Shock, which I always cast to slow them down). That paired with Erupting Lava and Fire elemental is realllllllly good. Deeply rooted barely procs, useless. I also don't have Liquid Magma Totem and Splintered Elements (which could be good btw), but I did add Elemental Equilibrium and Lighting Rod (This is good for BGs). So my usually rotation is: Cast frost shock > Storm Keeper > Fire Elemental > Ancestral Swiftness > Primordial Wave > Lava Burst > 2x Lighting Bolts > Earth Shock and Earth Shock again if Aftershock procs
