With the agile eagle when your in a turn fight you can keep tapping flaps key and the f4 will turn so fast it actually feels broken, and you can see that instant AOA

After 12.3 I think 11.0 will be a bit too strong It will be the same thing as 10.7 after 12.0 came out it’s literally infinite downtier Stuff like F4E,MIG21bis,j7e/8B and mostly the JA37C will dominate 10.0 which is mostly A10/6E,F5C,su25 and other bad planes that are dependant on broken missiles JA37C has non-hdn pusle doppler at 11.0 and skyflashes But also positives for this is that this will decompress 9.3-9.7 as 10.0 are busy getting up tiered, 9.3 will have some breathing room Another problem is Soviet planes like MIG23M and MIG21BIS having R60MS against stuff like J35D,F104J,F104G(CN), F105D(atleast is has chaff do defend radar missiles)
That's the thing, though, A-10's, A-6's and Su-25's are an scourage for flareless planes. The solution would be to decompress further and rebalance the aircraft loadouts (for example the 23M and MF could get rolled back to regular R-60's, the IIIC and J-35D could lose the higher performance IR missiles in exchange of a lower BR and so on).
@@MANNYzZ IMO, I'd remove the Magic's from the IIIC outright, and put it at 9.3/7, its a 1962 airframe with 76's missile and France is lacking a fast interceptor akin to the F-104A/C, Lightning and MiG-21F-13/PFM in that Bracket, the F-100 and Jaguars ain't fast enough. CJ should be capped with the AIM-9D and be at 9.7/10.0. In the end of the day all this suffling wouldn't do much, though, so long as CAS planes with all aspects remain at those BR brackets, the only real solution would be to decompress up to 15.0
@@miquelescribanoivars5049 Mig 23M and MF without R-60Ms would just be trash again, like remember what happened when they first came out with just R-60s, they were barely played and had a terrible win rate along with poor k/d. Not to mention how it only has 12 flares which was another reason as to why R-60Ms were added. Like at that point, why even bother playing the mig 23M with just R-60s when the Mig 21 Bis is just flat out better in everything except for top speed.
@@thegreenbolt2819 The R-60M were partly needed because the R-23's (both R and T) were underperforming as was the plane's FM, too. Now that they have been fixed I think the plane(s) would do ok with regular R-60's once it doesn't get uptiered 90% of the time. The Mirage F1 is in a similar boat now that the 2000 is in, IMO it should get a lower BR in exchange for its Magic-2's. Also I think you undersell the M/MF flight performance, with its current FM it will easily beat a MiG-21 in a sustained fight (though tbf, those are uncommon in top tier RB). Its easily better than Phantoms or the Mirage F1 too.

Well time to whip out the Vought A-7K Cosair next update although R.I.P the Dassault Mirage F1CT and Dassault Mirage 2000DR-1 plus the SAAB AJS37 Viggen as they'll get sucked up into pain & suffering all three are CAS jets at 11.3 more meant for GF but one can't truly play those without a lineup.

Here is the maim issue i have. Air RB BRs effect ground lineups too. Especially with spaa being really strong at top tier (Pantsir come to mind). Soo Plane BRs need to reflect the BR of ground vics if ground vics get stretched out to 12.3-12.7 too it might be fine but untill then its okay for a few planes to not be as strong. (F-4EJ should be 10.7 tho).
Still really sucks that the FGR2 is still at 11.3 with albeit the best TWR out of all the phantoms plus PD on the radar, but it still just gets 9G's, Skyflashes, and an external gun pod while not having access to the agile eagle package (didn't have it IRL so it makes sense). I honestly wouldn't care if it stayed 11.3 but it'd be nice if it had the 9L that it had IRL (especially with it now having to fight the R73 and the Aim9M), cuz currently its radar missiles are far from enough when things like the f16 and mig29 can just pull in 1 direction most of the time and dodge it. The Skyflash just LOVES dumping its speed and over/under correcting leading it to miss a fair amount ever since they gutted it. And yes technically the last change to the Skyflash was a buff, it didn't solve the issue of its weird leading problem it has ATM. Glad to see 11.0 is getting a bit of love though.
To be honest, 11.7 all the way to 12.3 should be caged so no 11.3 or 11.0 aircrafts get dragged to fight op fighters and op unchaffable radar missiles, 11.3 and 11.0 fighters should be playing most of the time together, just like 10.7 where most of the times you fight 10.7 and 10.3 aircrafts, 11.7 all the way up to 12.3 should have their own fights up there, no 11.3 aircraft is capable of competing with 12.0 and 12.3 aircrafts, I really don't know what Gaijin is thinking about but putting a 104 against op USA and Russian bias fighters and missiles is something that is never gonna be a enjoyable experience.
It'd sure be nice to fly out the F-4E again. I stopped because I kept getting decimated in uptiers. Same reason I didn't play the F-5E at 11.0. Once that got it's downtier, it became my most played jet by a long shot. I liked the F-4E in downtiers, but it struggles to keep up with Mig-29's and the like.
The first thing I thought of when I seen the thumbnail and intro was the J-7E, although when I last played I just constantly kept getting uptiered, with maybe 1-2 down tiers.
The BR expansion will prevent 11.0s from fighting the new top dogs from the big patch, but if Gaijin doesn't move up the existing Falcons & Fulcrums 11.0 won't see a huge improvement. So we really just gotta hope Gaijin does the right thing and moves ALL of them up.
Not really, if you play 10.7 right now 80% of the time u’ll be in a full downtier an u may get a sporadic 11.0 here and there. This is because 12.0 literally sucks everything up, so if you are an 11.0 you will get uptiered almost every match (I played the german 21 bis a while back and had 10 out of 11 games at 12.0 with the eleventh being a 11.7), this makes it so that 11.0-11.7 planes will always be in uptiers, leaving free space to the 10.7s. Increasing the BR to 12.3 will just shift this .3 higher, so that 11.0s will now have free space
4 aim 7s and 4 sidewinders are gonna be good in its intended matchmaker and even better in a downteir but it makes playing the mig21smt not enjoyable after the update comes
Well, SMT is enjoying utter dominance rn, there is nothing at that BR with even similar kit to SMT. What they should have done was addd 9J and base 7E to F4C (or add F-4D) and flares at 10.3. But rn, SMT dominates, 4xR60 at 10.3 is broken as fuck. I talismaned it and used it to grind russian top tiers due to how broken it is at BR and god help enemy if you are downtiered.
@@honzavasicekfour R-60s is fun and all but for me the real gem of the SMT is combining it's flight performance, ability to carry chaff, and R-3R's. At the 9.3-10.3 range the SMT often got matched into, those R-3Rs were so good for catching people at 4-8km altitude
I don't know if you've seen it yet, but the gimble limit of the aim9j got increased to the point of being the same as the aim9g. Might be something interesting for f4e.
The f4e is one of my favorite planes. From what that RWR dev blog says it looks like the f4e will have one of the better RWR's this update too. I just hope that doesn't mean it's getting a BR increase...

Saved the F-4J grind for new jets... worst decision I ever made... 4 AIM-9Gs and 4 AIM-7E-2s. Too heavy with the gun. Thank god some people are just ass
The real problem with the f4e is how hard to spade it, 2 aim9e and 11.0 is not hitting anything. Also you have to watch out for missles every time. Well I’m a laggy player so it might just be me

How the hell do your radar missiles even hit. I use the german mig 21 bis sau and mig 29 radar missiles and they never hit anything I launch them at And what is this doppler, drag, pull and all stuff you speak of
Money. They want the newest planes to curb stomp at top tier so players spend money to unlock them faster. Gaijin only cares about balance when it starts to affect their profits.
60-70$ for a premium, not that hard to get, and 3 months of premium time is like 25$, that could easily get you up to about 10.0 and probably more if your good
@@anrw886lol did you not read his whole comment? like its really not hard to grind unless you just dont have the time to play much at all. if you are any good at the game. grinding does not take very long with premium an normal tech tree vehicles(make sure to use the previously researched vehicle to get even more of a boost to rp along with getting all the tier 1-2 modifications for the extra rp chunks you get for getting each line completed in the modification)

I won a talisman in a battle trophy for the F-4E and now that’s my main top tier grinder. In down tiers that thing is on crack you can obliterate F5s and su25 with those sparrows. Can’t wait for 12.3 now.
I also got a crate talisman for the EJ, it has become my go to grinder beyond the Ko's range. Obviously it has been harder and harder to do well in it, but with the BR cap increase chances are I will still rely on it to grind the Eagle when it finally drops 😅
Fr, I gave up on trying to spade the 104 ASA, every fucking match is 12.0, you get radar missiled even flying low and pre chaffing, the radar missiles are too op and Gaijin won't do anything about it, after 11.7 pretty much any radar missile ignores notching, pre chaffing and 90° chaffing it's really annoying and thw worst part is only 5 aircrafts at top tier get this so good missiles.
@@elnewbie2611 notching works, i do it all the time and am one of the few guys at top tier that climb and BVR, go defensive when needed,then dive down and sling missiles. If you Are getting killed despite notching enemy radar, keep notching until you're sure there's no missile headed your way (as showm in this video, CW seeker heads can still get you even if the enemy locks your chaff due to the missile going for the target with highest positive or negative relative speed) You don't just notch PD radar, you also have to notch normal radar mode too as the missile can still keep tracking your plane if the relative speed between your Aircraft And enemy Aircraft Is higher in positive or negative compared to the chaff that the enemy Is locked on
The 12.3 BR change doesn't really benefit me as a UK/french main... Just means that my top planes might get some more downtiers, but very unlikely. I hope to see some 12.7 by christmas after the big update on the anniversary of Gaijin.
I find that 11.0 currently experiences quite a number of downtiers, usually about one in three or four, so the Mirage F1C may experience the same this after the update.
I'm still baffled as to why the Mirage F1 and the Brit Phantoms are 11.3, in the former case its just because of the Magic-II's and in the later those are just worse F-4J/S, I'd give the FGR.2 AIM-9L's and drop the FG.1 to 11.0
I noticed that too, the launch circle on the Aim-9J is now as big as the Aim-9L which was a surprise for me as I just spaded the F-104S (Italian one) and I gave up trying to spade the F-104 ASA as I'm getting dragged to 12.0 every fucking match and the tomcats and F-16 op radar missiles don't give a fuck about your notching and 90° chaffing so I always get radar missiled outta air at the beginning of the match its really a painful experience at 11.3 with the 104 ASA so I went back to the 104S and holy smokes, I was surprised when I saw the huge launch and seek circle on the Aim-9J, a positive change that is very welcomed.
Still shit in early 2024. They didn't do a thing and certain airframes/premiums rule the skies and everything else suffers. JA35XS, A5C, Mig-21 Lazur, F5C and any other all-aspect carrying abuse vehicles make it shite.
while i like it i do feel like this change will destroy the 10.0-11.0 bracket. With the rwr nerfs, gimped missiles on earlier 10.0 platforms or janky platforms in general theres not much you can do against f4e guiding 4 sparrows or mig21bis with 6 all aspect r60m. Especially planes like the f1, f104 and mirage 3c that you could play smart and around the slow missile trucks will now have to fight much better planes with superior flight performance and weaponry without even getting flares resulting in them becoming pretty much useless
You know what I didn't see, was the Israel Kfir C2 getting moved I forgot to look or if I did see I forgot if it was bing moved. Just wondered because getting up -tierd the thing REALLY lacks a lot with it only carrying 2 AAM and not able to load on anymore. Plus very few countermeasures so its going to be a horrible game for the thing with it lacking countermeasures at such a small amount and when up-tiered it lacks the speed compared to what its up against and specially on them HUGE maps.

War Uptier Thunder that's all I EVER get is 90% games up-tiered and no way there aren't enough people playing WT to where people have to ALWAYS be up-tiered. Is this their way to balance out us getting a SL and XP gain? So we just constantly get bottom-tier games so a majority of players get dog shit games and won't make much XP and SL......... I know myself I get maybe 1 top tier game out of like 10 or 12 it seems but if you play Props you are constantly up-tiered and playing 9.0 and 9.3 up-tiered same with 9.7 but a few times at 10.0 I did get a bit more of me top tier. Its probably not going to even matter we are still going to be up-tired just the same amount, watch
Playing 11.0 right now is a pain. The difference in missiles from just 11.0 to 11.3 is huge! Then from 11.0 to 12.0 is just broken. Meaning a slight up tier is pain and a full is just death with no hope. A down tier never happens
