You know what after figuring out that void is literally evil Kirby I actually would love a game we’re we play as the dark matter. Instead of copying power we can flat out possess our enemies
@@amogussussy.4134 Legit I made made this before discovering the ghost power lol. But even so there could be other powers perhaps the more enemies or bosses you kill dark matter can grow into other Forms like the dark matter swordsman
3:06 You don't know how many memories this brings up, having been familiar with the site in which it and other Kirby games were posted waaayyy back when the internet was still young. The site was called Kirby's Rainbow Resort, and Kirby Warrior, as well as some other characters from these games, were actually staff on that site. I was mostly active on what used to be known as artboards, places where people could chat and draw together...but alas, that portion of the site was removed...and even though the website still exists, its pretty much dead under. Still, nice to see this again :)
6:22 just so you all know, jalen didnt make all of them, his character is in the game sure, but the rest belong to other people, amazing vid though! some fan games i didnt even know existed, thanks!
6:06 Hi there, I am the developer of Kirby the Dream Battle, thanks for showing my work here :) The game wasn't cancelled, but put on a hold for some years, and the original developper which I was working with had left the project, so its on my hands now. I have plans to returning to it someday in 2023 (at least, I hope). And ues, Kirby will be available on the future, he is just a bit hard to code. Mega Man is one of the guest characters we will have on the game :)
Kirby Cosmic Chaos followed the information in real time. At the time, it was before Kirby Return to Dreamland was announced, and there had been a long hiatus of new mainstream games. I remember being very excited to see a full-fledged Kirby game with 3D graphics for the first time since Kirby64, even though it was a fan game. Also, although not mentioned in this video, let's not forget Airride Modoki, a Japanese-made fan game that uses a free game engine to recreate Kirby's Air Ride.
Those were some great fan games! I'd never knew that the kirby community was so active with this. Dream Crafter looks amazing! I wish Nintendo would make this an official game, that exact same style and graphics (better yet, buy this from the developpers and giving them the funds to polish it!). I love the retro Kirby games so much, especially the Gameboy/Gameboy Advance styled ones, so I will definitely check some of your suggestions out! Funny, how I was just thinking the other day how much I miss those.
Dude, the sheer amount of Mega Man content is insane! That one Kirby-Mega Man hybrid, Mega Man being in that one fighting game, and even FREAKING FROST MAN'S STAGE FROM MEGA MAN 8!
I didn't know some of those fan-games, I need to try all of them :o Btw there's also that one called Pik's Epic Kirby Sprite Comic: The Game 2 (forget about the first one) that is supposed to be a shitpost parody game but it ends up being unironically good (also difficult), I can't recommend that one enough
Oh hey, I actually recognize some of the OCs in Battle Blitz, there were some old-ish Kirby fan animations (I think around 2013...? Maybe a bit later around 2016-2018...) of the OCs fighting. Edit: Found the animations! They’re by a guy named SquirrelKidd, and it’s their OC (by the name of “Quote,” fighting a bunch of other OCs. Their videos also have a few old-ish jokes in them) the animations were actually made in 2012 and are SUPER high quality for their time. There’s a bunch of newer ones too with a similar style.
Yeah, not computer savvy whatsoever. That being said, all these Kirby fan games are fantastic. Wish I could play them all as "downloadable" games on my NEW 3DS XL.
