HYBE (BIGHIT) LABELS is better than almost all of the kpop companies •BTS were insulted in forgein shows so it made its own shows such as BTS in Soop, Bon Voyage, RUN Ep.s •it gave their artists very much freedom and let them put their views too in their creations. •BTS was such a small band in starting but they still didn't forced them to disband 4]PD nim is like a father to all artists under Hybe( Bighit) They are the best when it comes to treating their artist... They never harass and don't let others to do something bad with their artists. For example, •When Jungkook was new and a teenager, one of their staff used to scare him and mistreat him and when Bighit other staff noticed it, they immediately fired that stupid staff a that same moment. • Ik Jin used to get a bit less time and lines as compared to others, but now that has changed too. He just owned the Butter era with his vocals and visuals as well. • Some of the people think that they make TXT and Enhypen overwork, and it doesn't happen with BTS as they're famous, but NO that's not true. Actually they TXT and En-hypen are Rookie Groups, and they have to take efforts for now... BTS too worked hard when they were rookies. In fact every K-pop group has to work a lot of they want to achieve success. And also they don't make them too overwork, it happens sometimes which is obvious. TXT and Enhypen has reached this great success because of their hard work and their overworking is paying off. •TXT and Enhypen used to suffer because of less security, so they increased their security staff too. Every company has some flaws and Hybe(bighit) is the company with less flaws as compared to other companies. You cannot hate them for these reasons only.

But we have to really approve that YG is best in treating their artist like kings and queens. Avg 100M won on a TRAINEE,taking care of foreign trainee,good dorms, just use company card for shopping eating, most earned money to artist and so on. You should work hard as trainee but enjoy as much as idol😊

Some other company's KQ entertainment treats maddox and ateez very well thank goodness Cre.ker according to some members the staff and managers treat them well and have fun together I applaud KQ and Cre.ker for their good treatment alongside these company's mentioned ( but why tf is jyp in there? jyp does not treat idols well, because they made twice have 11 comebacks in 2019 ) edit: also hybe is not such a good company either, several reasons why 1) yeonjun had to hold an umbrella for his manager when it was the managers job to hold it for him 2) txt has no bodyguards and the manager shoved soobins head 3) gfriends disbandment 4) seventeen's mistreatment I think this just says everything at this point

First of all it's bighit not hybe. There is a difference between hybe and bighit. Hybe is just the co-operation/parent company. Seventeen is still in pledis not bighit. So it's pledis who mistreat them not hybe.

OUI Ent should be added to this list. They only have one group, WEi, but they have done a tremendous job with them….lots of content for fans usually all with English subs and they always do a great job on the MVs, not sparing expense, plus WEi have the best stylists in Kpop.

I feel bighit has to treat their trainee well... First of all bighit doesn't hire much trainee there r no female trainees and male trainee are also very few... And they have to treat their artist well bcoz they r what they r bcoz of bts n that's a fact so they can not mistreat them. Same for txt they r huge now n the company makes big profit through this group so... Of course they will treat them well

@@val7450 ikr I had second thoughts while writing this answer but JYP actually treats girls better than most of the ent. companies (except overworking). U R free to correct me if I'm wrong.

@@btskingsmamamooqueens3454 he likes girl groups and promotes them more just cos he likes them. which tbh is so unfair to the boy groups he has and had (the horrible mistreatment of got7). he’s fat shamed, sexualized and overworked his idols. esp female idols. he made so many of idols that were minors do sexual things at such a young age like 14, 15. on sixteen, jyp and the staff manipulated some of twice members to lose weight and make them think there fat. and when the staff fatshamed them, he didn’t say anything and nodded. this was during sixteen but even now jype still cares about weight and it’s digusting. jype should be in “11 worst kpop entertainment companies”
