Baked Sweet potato In a bowl mix melted butter, brown sugar, honey & vanilla...... in a baking dish half cup of water and spoon full of vegetable oil place potatoes in dish and cover and bake. After baked slice in half and spoon the mixture over place back in oven for 10 minutes.
