Yogoman you are the best bro all the videos on ice it's so amazing man I really love u. Alot all your videos inspired me so badd now I'm getting there appreciate it love bro
15:30 "It's not as warm as I thought it was gonna get" - probably because you used ice! Inuit use compacted snow which holds a lot of air bubbles and thus is a great insulator. Ice is just *cold*. Still, it looks amazing and no doubt you learnt something. Nice work.
Ya know it's cold outside; when you go outside and it's cold!!! My first thought as well, I am thinking snow is a good insulator ,but ICE not so much. I am thinking why is he using ice???Great ice box, nice evening light show though.
@@WhynottBelieve, ice can be an insulator. You can see a part of ice block is opaque. That part contains air bubbles as well. You only need to place every block opaque part inside. It will not insulate as good as snow, but it will be good anyway.
I want my days to be filled with doing things like this, I am so sick of life here working like this, I want this life and to learn how to do this. Haha
Absolutely mind-blowing! Building an ice igloo with a wood stove at -30°F over 11 days is a true testament to your dedication and craftsmanship. Watching the igloo take shape, layer by layer, was both mesmerizing and awe-inspiring. And the addition of a wood stove inside for warmth and comfort in such extreme temperatures is genius. Your ingenuity and resilience in the face of such harsh conditions are truly remarkable. Thanks for sharing this epic winter adventure with us!
This fire pit is one of a few covered pits that is on the list ru-vid.comUgkxAU9pOCSV9Y5JprooHvfxTpOrt4hx8uRM of approved products for Disney Fort Wilderness. The product served its purpose well and provided excellent fires throughout the evening. We were able to open the door and do s'mores, but I had to be careful because the handle was a bit hot on occasions. Additionally, I wish they had replaced some of the standard nuts with lock nuts in some places. We lost the door handle after just a couple of days of usage. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation. I still give it 5 stars.
Ian, you truly never cease to impress me. Seems like you’re always chasing some crazy new ambition, and I’m just happy that you’re taking us along for the ride. This video is truly incredible, almost hypnotic at points.
Great video to fall asleep to with the soothing music and the satisfying process of building that ice igloo! Perfect timing for upload since it's 11 pm in Denmark ;)
Wow. Amazing, I love the whole process and hard work to create the igloo, and your footage with northen lights are just stunning. Greeting from France.
Good to see you still out there creating in more ways than one. I was a bit on edge throughout the vid as I was concerned about the integrity of the ice. I dig your audacity.
Thank you so much. Nice ending too ! First igloo build I've ever seen being from California and not seeing any videos of it... UNTIL NOW ! You two are the greatest ! Make more ! Yes both !
I love the video man. It's surprisingly peaceful, I didn't expect that building an igloo with a chainsaw could be this peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful video.
I just found you.. I going bing watch tonight before sleep…keeps me at peace watching these video’s.. funny how much peace the calm can bring.. when all you do is work.. I need a day off in nature … but we didn’t have snow this year and I know I lost my mind when I said I miss it so much… must be getting soft in my old age..
Haha been a silent viewer occasionally since probably 2017-8, just wanted to say alaska can look mesmerising and your videos are really good for a warm day inside the house haha! Keep up the work man love to see it
Quite possibly the most enjoyable video on RU-vid! I was almost in a trance watching it, the sound quality and picture quality were the best I have ever seen.🤯
That looks awesome at night time with the northern lights in the background and the illumination from the igloo. I would definitely be humbled to have this as a shelter on a -40c snow blizzard . It’s just amazing the same thing that can kill you with its chill 🥶 can also save your life and give you 🥵 heat
Good for you Dude you have persistence that’s a virtue but any ice hot or snow shelter you don’t wanna sleep on the floor sleep on your bench and keep You warmer, helpful, hands along the way makes this matter🤙🏻
Thank you on my behalf for living out my childhood dreams, honestly it's soooo good to watch to see it come together, youre a funny guy and man we would be best mates if I lived in your area! Keep it rocking my man
