what's even cheaper is not even buying mod podge and glitter. If you have extra supplies left over from some project back when you were in elementary school, than these projects are perfect.
But you have time to watch videos on youtube..... This no time excuse is always annoying. You have time for everything if you know how to efficiently plan you time. If you are lazy on the other hand, just say that. You'd rather relax instead of working. It is as simple as that and most important, honest.
this is like the decorating for the types of people that were super excited to decorate their lockers on the first day of middle school and then just tore up their plastic chandelier the next week
I feel like most of these are the sort of thing you'd do BEFORE college -- like over the summer as stuff to do with parents, friends or siblings. When I was in college I barely had time to eat dinner, let alone cover a cardboard box with twine and hot glue. Also, some of them might be better for an apartment than for a dorm room.
then stop nagging, as simple as that. they put effort into this video and if you can think like a mature human being then other people can do this other than college students.
I've washi-taped my keyboard before and it comes off fairly easily, though it looks pretty nice for the first few hours. Just be aware that a loooooot of work will go into something that won't last.
if your college has a free weekly breakfast thing like mine does, you could always steal the empty boxes when they're not looking. Otherwise, you can either dumpster dive or substitute boxes.
i dont know where all yalls buzzfeed people went to school but might want to toss the bookshelf idea out the window unless you feel like paying for damage fees for drilling holes in dorm room walls geniuses
Rosaleen Herondale I agree but not everywhere you have dollar stores & who would have so many empty photo frames. Buying is a waste. From where I am everything isn't cheap. But the ideas are great though
Other than the "levitating bookshelf" and "adjustable pegboard shelf" hack which require you to drill into the wall there are some pretty good tapes you can get to hold up picture frames and posters without ruining the wall. It's how most of the pictures in my house are held up.
Brooklyn Hope- Then it's a house decoration video! Not, a dorm video! If you have a house, you wouldn't need to do any of these things. It's not easy to "get", and mostly buy, a house. Especially if you're in college, studying, and doing homework.
You shouldn't put normal tape on your keyboard, that'll mess it up, but washi tape is generally fine because it's paper tape and it's pretty easy on whatever it's stuck on compared to normal tape
If i wrote different letters than the original on the keyboard I could totally prank someone. Me: Can we meet up today? Friend: asjuebsh egreb ueuedb! ui kto jeop
A little tip for the pegboard, if you hang a rod from the pegs, you could put enclume hooks and hang most utensils or cookware that have holes in the ends instead of tying strings that could set on fire or get grimy. It's a lot sturdier that way and they fit the holes on the ends of kitchen tools perfectly
0:33 Buzzfeed please be original, geez. That is obviously different material, but hey, if a clip from a whole different DIY is what it takes to make some smart idea seam 'easy' and possible then hey, whatevs
вαѕнєєи ɖą 【ѕєємιиgℓу кαωαιι】cαt It's not even that expensive. Most of the supplies you can get at the dollar store, sale section of craft stores, or Lowe's. Washers are like 20 cents a piece lol
I will prolly never do any of this myself, but somehow I just like ppl who diy. I could have stuff like this running in the background all day! And nifty is seriously one of the best words ha ha
Guys, some of those project are very nice and could help a lot of people living in dorm room with little money. I think this is awesome and that some of those ideas are briliant!
You mean "11 diys to make the most cringy Girl dorm" Edit: okay you guys are apparently mad. And i just gotta say it was kinda of a joke, No need on takling it so serios😂😂😂
I'm 11, i go to Thomas V. Elementary school, Classroom 38. I live in Henderson, Nevada. 6372 View Avenue. I'm 5'2 and weigh 100 pounds. I'm usually home alone Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm. Lol. Why am I watching this??😂🤣🤣🤓
Yeah, I never knew where to put my gardening equipment at my dorm.. Thank you, for giving me such a good, affordable solution for what I'm assuming is a very common college student problem.
