I’ve lived in fairport for more than 30 years and have seen your boat on the canal. Funny thing is I’m from England and watched boats on the English canals too. Seems like a great way of life, what do you do in the winter?

I really have to hand it to you guys. Such a peaceful and fascinating way of life you’ve created for yourselves while on the Owasco and the Erie Canal. Thanks for sharing it! Side question..if I wanted to try something like this in England or thereabouts, would it be just as easy as it looks for you where you are?
Cruising the English canals in a narrowboat is a very different experience. We did it a couple of years ago. I thought about doing a video comparing the two, but I don't have a lot of footage from England.
