@@EvBateman the caramel is either really hot or warm. When it’s hot or warm your easily able to maneuver it anyway you want. caramel cools off really quick so that’s how is easy to make these creations

I suggest you should try to a REAL recipe, they don’t give measurements, so it’s not really possible without a measurement, I hope this helps, take care :)

I prefer all these cakes (starting from 2:54 or 3:00) without all these decorations ...they are not really beautiful (or more beautiful that the the cake with just the powder)apart from 3:23 and maybe some others like 4:15 ( 4:40 is not practical)
