London is stressful to say the least, money is hard to come by, people are cold, the weather is highly dysfunctional and it is responsible for many people's mental health. Make friends, finding love is almost like winning a lottery. If you can just manage to survive in London you can be successful anywhere else.
I used to live in the Netherlands. now i moved to Japan. Rent is way cheaper, safety is amazing, I can walk middle of the night, I can leave my bag, laptop no one will steal it. Energy cost is low. Headache with taxes gone. In Netherlands I have to fill in so many tax forms. Road rage, respect in general 😍😍 life is way easier, only thing I miss having friends or people to socialize, because it can be lonely here in Japan. But overall it's amazing here. This why I want to move to Dubai. I am not going back to Europe, maybe for travel but not to live 😂

Im so glad you like Dubai. As a teacher its been on my radar. For money though, Asia is still the best pay. Plus wonderful contracts. Have fun in Dubai! Become an international teacher for life!

I am an Indian and want to move to 1. UK 2. Dubai. Both is a struggle for me in terms of finding jobs for me, I'm in HR, specially UK because it doesn't give sponsor to HR jobs. Yeah the U.K. don’t really sponsor from abroad. Also with what’s going on in the U.K. right now, it’s not appealing as it used to be. Consider Dubai because they do sponsor! Good luck with everything xx
@@tobes_x UK gives a tonne of sponsorships to all commonwealth countries like India but HR is not in that list unfortunately...I struggle to see sponsorship jobs in Dubai...can you tell me where to find these?

I’ll be working in Dubai for a month on my own from the end of May, I work in finance. Hoping June weather (the beginning @ least) will be bearable for me! 🥵 I’m really excited, and you’re so right about London- trash. Can’t wait to move away. Really want to meet new people too. xx❤.
im from london but im honestly fed up with london its just depressing . I have cosuins in dubai and New jersey in America. I know America has gun crimes but since i was young ive been craving to go to America my mum sayd i can go when im 18 but im 17 now turn 18 in 1 months when it turns feburary. but my course finish in july so i have 6 months left untill my course finish and get my CSC Card hopefully soon i will move to America i have to do it ,its one of my goals wish me luck .
I mean, yes we all know America is a mad place but if it’s something you really want to do then you should do it! Plus if anything, you can always move back home if you ever change your mind. Good luck huns xxx
That's a fact the weather here is so dark i lived here (England) whole my life and i still cannot get use to weather which is the main reason I'm looking to move to Dubai.
Nice video! I’m a person that loves to move around as well .. originally from the Caribbean but currently living in the Uk . I’ve Only been here for a few years and looking to move out of this country already.. just can’t stand the cold dull weather & rather the sunshine instead . I guess That Caribbean paradise weather spoiled me lol . I would like to travel to Dubai to see what it’s like for myself so if there’s places ( restaurants , entertainment spots etc ) that you’d recommend to check out & just things you’d recommend doing in general while In the country , would be great if you can make a vid about that . A dear friend of mine lives in Dubai and she loves it there EXCEPT for the hot summer. I hate heat and hot weather … In your opinion , is it bearable ? How do you cope with it?
Tbh yes it gets incredibly honest. But everywhere has AC so if you're not outside you don't feel it and in the summer some of outside activities shut down anyway.
I used to live in Dubai 9 years ago and didn't want to go back home to the US. Are you paid more as a teacher there or is rent, etc generally less expensive than in the UK?
I am paid more yes. I don’t pay rent because my school pays for it- as do most schools here: they either pay for it directly or give you an allowance to pay for you to pay for it. Hope that helps x
I would like to move to Paris , but job wise I am not having luck if someone wants to employ a English speaker to pretty much do anything customer service/ administration I will be happy with like anything like 2,000 a month
Maybe if you move first and then start looking for jobs? Sometimes it’s about being in the actual place so you can network and hear about opportunities. I know some people did that when they moved to Dubai. Best of luck babes xxx

Teachers are struggling because of the law of supply and demand and how it relates to price... There are far too many teachers in the supply chain than in the demand chain, so therefore the wages will go down
And secondly the more teachers come from all over the world to work as a teacher in Dubai, then the same law will kick in. Teachers will start loosing the ability to negotiate higher wages due to the excess availability of teachers searching for the same job
@@tobes_x The current tax rates are as follows: Personal allowance: Up to £12,500-0% Basic rate: £12,501 to £50,000-20% Higher rate: £50,001 to £150,000-40% + NI TAX. Reaping off working class people.
Honestly speaking why teacher don't get paid well. With student the way they behave these day, teacher go through so much and they deserve to be way better. Hope you are getting your worth and paid better in Dubai dear❤
Teachers are soo under payed and not valued nearly enough here in the United States. Many are changing careers or moving to different countries. So sad.

@@tobes_x My journey to learn Japanese has been toxic! I was set to move to Japan in 2020 (I’ve been waiting since 2018) and that’s when I started studying Japanese more intensely. However, the border closed on me twice two days before I was getting ready to board each flight! So, I put of learning because I became bitter and figured I wasn’t going to get the opportunity again. Until I reached out and spoke with my employer sometime last year and we restarted the process. But by that point, I was like if I get the chance I will go, but I went on about my life. I wasted two years waiting… Not to mention, I need structure when it comes to learning Japanese and being in Japan will kinda give me that since it will be everywhere. So, in short, no! 🤣 I forgot everything I learned.
It is easy to meet people but, honestly making good good friends always takes time. As for meeting other black hmmm for me I knew people who were out here already. But there are spots where you’ll find more black people at
Lol! You are hilarious! It’s crazy because I’m American, but did my masters in London and I loved it there! America needs serious help. I do want to go to Dubai to teach though, I’ve been teaching here in the states for 6 years.
