Is it possible to do a battle with only catapults and Woodchoppers? Because woodies are able to fight and catapults to destroy buildings... maybe archers for defense
It is possible to kill a Lord with woodcutters only, I already killed a Saladin Lord with woodcutters, after clearing the buildings and - very important! - archers/ranged troops of Saladin with a siege tower and my own Lord. I needed to lure out Saladin's Lord of his keep with a single archer, though, who hit him with an arrow, causing the Lord without own ranged units to go all out rambo style to get my archer killed, which didn't quite work out when woodcutters from like 30 woodcutter huts closed in on him in a narrow corridor, with constant reinforcements arriving from my campfire when he killed some of the existing woodcutters. Another idea would be only using killing pits to kill a hostile Lord - if the opponent castle is fairly close to yours, you can build killing pits and lure out the hostile Lord to step right into them... I think about 6-7 killing pits kill a Pig Lord.
+Heroesflorian lol If you buy laddermen, group them and disband them changing them into woodcutters and chosing the group button You can walk with woodcutters as if those would be standard soldiers. +King of Noms, catapults no need to be used against buildings, they work also great against enemy units also lost catapults do not count as "lost units" if you mean with your comment to ask how to make an AI no loss. You can same as good use other units if you are fast enough to disband them on 20 gamespeed if these are low health.
Why are the English voices so bad? D: I mean... it's not happen to often, that a translated version is better than the original but this... :/ Nothing beats the good old German Günter voice!
Well, the germans drove the entire world into a war, twice in a row. And this game is about a war, so it's not surprising that germans are fit for this war business.
