Also, if you are filling out the 1023ez and 990-N you are NOT required to disclose that much information. On the 1023 EZ, you do NOT need to break your activities down and on the 990-N you do NOT have to break down your expenses, it's a checkbox electronic form, in fact, you check one box and sign🤣🫣🫣. My former colleagues at the IRS TE/GE tell me those are the most popular forms. They just put together a software program that can check state databases for incorporation and REQUIRED language or purpose clause.
