I'd add one you have pointed out several times on other posts (which I'm sure is why it wasn't in this video). Never travel on your embarcation day. So many things can go wrong when traveling by car, train, or air. It is worth the cost of a hotel room even if you need to snag a budget room. I recomend not waiting until the last night to book pre-and post trip rooms. Sometimes you can snag a last minute deal, but these rooms can go fast on those days when multiple ships are at port. I would also add never be rude to the cast members. These ladies and gentlemen put in EXTREAMLY long hours to do what they can to make your trip great, but I agree with your point that even disney cant garentee perfection so be the magic and sprikle kindness like pixie dust!

My first cruise was also on the Disney Dream. It was four nights. In Nassau I got off to do an excursion and then ate lunch on the ship and I was not disappointed. I went to the teen club (I was 16 at the time) cause I knew that I wouldn’t be able to go again in the future. It was fine, although my mom never made it past the rainbow tunnel. I did not come in until the ship was in Nassau. I couldn’t figure out when open house was🙃
