That saying "no" multiple times is strange. You really don't know if the "no" is real "no" or just empty word. Remember to eat bananas because the food there can upset your stomach because of the spices which we are not used to here in the west. Doctors are cheap there like probably €2-€5 one visit fee to a private clinic, but still better to have insurance in case you need to go to some longer treatment. I have been there for a few times from south to north and I love it. I drank cola instead of water.
