A colorful parade during the 110 anniversary Adlaw sa Dipolog City Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. Participated all barangay, establishments, agencies, offices in the locality. It was a successful event with good and fair weather, no rain at all. Laughter and joy felt in our hearts to celebrate the milestone amidst adversity.
