15:34 - looks like it does not have a sharp transition from 0V to 5V on output.. stays for a bit on 3.5V.. not sure why..

Did you test the maximum frequency of the comparator? (is it stable if you use it to make a 10Mhz square/pulse wave frrom a 10Mhz sine wave)
