Hey, so i listened to abunch of diffrent subliminals after my application went theough to a provete boarding school ive been wanting to go to.. ive been applying for 3 years and each year i was denied because i wasnt a good enough student. It was A windy August of 2023. The sky 0utside was a hue of Indigo blue.. I had gone to V C Mall to shop, explore, watch a movie and have dinner with my parents. The movie went well and I enjoyed it. I tried to focus on what nan was telling and showing me to distract myself from that awkwardness of looking uncool.. But then....! Moments later, when Nan and mum walked away to the loo, he spoke again. He asked just a simple question. Nothing grand. For a moment I was shocked and also relieved that he took interest. And that's how it continued. Somehow, I felt brave and comfortable asking him questions and answering. We kept talking about little things even until Nan and mum returned. He told me that he was planning to go to the book fest with his friend that was occurring on the top floor at the moment and I excitedly told him i was also planning on checking it out! So with my mum's approval, we both went up and took a look at the shelves and boxes while chatting about our favourite genres, movies and whatever two bookworm teens would discuss about!. In the end, we had to leave. So we exchanged numbers and promised and hoped we would meet up again. That entire Saturday night, I couldn't stop thinking about him. All I could imagine was that one number i had saved, to message me tomorrow as the first thing I opened my eyes to.
