I just came across this video after making a decision last night of getting rid of all my XXX videos that was taking away all of my power and not allowing to go out and enjoy the day, or meditate or pray. It’s a huge step towards the right path. Like any addiction, it will not be easy but deal with it day by day.

As long as it makes you happy and you approach yourself and others with thankfulnes, attentiveness and gentleness.. I don´t see what can go wrong.. But I´ve seen lots of people use this type of thing as an "ego-boost" without realising it.. To fixate traumas they weren´t aware of, instead of investigating them with humility and dealing with them.. They felt an enormous surge of energy, like finally living without the handbrake on.. Like being in love, but not with anyone specific, possibly yourself or just life.... The problematic ones always lost track of those three things.. Tried to force others to agree, forced themselves into submission, tried to force all kinds of fixes and successes, often from the noblest of ideals.. Took successes for granted, took the next breath for granted, until disease caught up even death in one case.. Or just ploughed on, without taking in the context, reading the room. Feeling righteous, justified and all-powerful. And it turned many of them into horrible people, who had burned all their bridges by the time they realized it themselves.. So that being said, know that you are walking a narrow path and I wish you the best following it, it is certainly a worthwhile endeavour and you will learn a lot along the way. Simple tip: Try to stick to one exclamation point. if you must use them at all and -for the love of Deity of choice-- AVOID CAPS!!!!. You feel in the flow and this is great to experience, but there is no need to be loud about it. As an ex-gamedeveloper I know you can use the feeling of flow to influence people to do just about anything.. So keep a look out for people pulling the strings, following the money works in this case as well.. So keep your head on straight as the heart opens.. Going forward is always about appreciating the balance in your walking feet, never about being there, going faster or making miles or you´ll be going backwards. Jeez, I feel old saying all this.. You are probably not even going to read it :) So noone will know.

Thought is important, but for the subconscious programs in our mind to be changed FEELING it is the key. The day begins at night. When you lay down to sleep you are creating the next day. It's the time to CONSCIOUSLY CREATE what you desire. Meditation at night is really helpful. But don't take my word for it. Your own experience is the most valuable!
Today, while walking, I noticed for the first time that my head was empty and there were no thoughts. So far this has never been the case when walking. It was very liberating.
I’m going say that this video is a synchronized portion of my day. First patient had a necklace saying 11:11 then next another new to the unit birthday is 11/11 and now this video saying 11:11. After leaving work I said I needed to talk to my soul and spirit. Working in HEALTHCARE is very taxing. People are becoming sicker than the patients of 15 years ago. I feel as though I am an anomaly within my workplace. Everything is drugs drugs drugs. Nothing natural.
Frankly imo, it does not have to be like that either. I am aware of numerous natural remedies for "chronic" diseases that a certain segment of the elite societies do all that they can to keep that secret so they can keep people on a steady rotation of pharmaceuticals to maximize the bottom line

My wife’s going through the same realization, and so are many doctors, nurses, medical assistants, etc… However, them not realizing the powers they truly hold, makes them feel disempowered to speak up and challenge the status quo. You are correct, they now have a drug for anything and everything you can imagine. Pretty soon there’ll be a pill 💊 sold on tv 📺 asking, “do you ever catch yourself breathing throughout the day?, if so, then take this new pill 💊…” Anyhow, Do you have more power than you think and there are other avenues where you can still help people make a living. Consider the alternative(s)… take care.

I understand where you are coming from. My Mom's diagnosis of degenerative dementia has been very taxing on my spirit. She needs upbeat light and enjoyable vibes from me as her caregiver. Took her blood pressure yesterday @ 1:11. Also 1011 has been a theme. I'm shocked how much of what she is going through has more to do with health care for the last 25 years. Suffering from fibromyalgia (autoimmune), pre diabetes, high blood pressure and statins to manage her cholesterol. It wasn't until her kidneys are now damaged from medications she has been on for decades. I learned through the Internet that her lifestyle and drugs prescribed for symptoms, rather than the root of her metabolic health has been poisoning her. Her Doctors are not interested to acknowledge anything I ask them about and gaslight me as though I'm crazy. I'm now her full time caregiver and have to disconnect from my sadness and resentment to care for her. It's important that I observe her needs as an outsider looking in. It's a tough challenge but it's worth it to give her the best life possible while experiencing this very sad and cruel disease. I get much more respect and help from nurses over any other professional Doctor. God Bless you

This is something that i have witnessed to be true. When I first started my company I could see myself progressing rapidly and I did. Then at some point I became depressed or began thinking negatively and then the success followed. I was born at 11:11, so this video caught my attention and I know that this is what I need to do.
This video was good. It put a into words something that i have been experiencing and couldn't explain. I have been having subtle changes over several years. For me some health issues were a starting point. I drastically changed my eating habits and focused on getting positive out of negative health experiences. I looked for what the pain and struggles taught me about gratitude and people in my life. I recogonized that i had a choice to focus on how to over come so i could choose to stay here and spread hope. Also recognizing the butterfly effect is important. If you put out negative energy that is what you get back from people and experiences. If you knowingly devote time to send out love, joy and hope you will be surprised how experiences with people and nature reflect that back to you. At first you will question if it is real but at some point thinking it is coincidences becomes a silly idea. Somewhere along the way it changes how you see others and your own role in making this world a place of love and light. Also, saying positive true statements out loud is more powerful then thinking them. Practice saying positive and hopefully things to the people you interact with. The things you say and believe with your gut will have effects on those around you so shine the light.

Just wanted to point out. My mother has a scar and I have a birthmark in the same place in the same weird shape- I have 2 scars on my chin from snake bite piercings and my son has 2 birthmarks in the same places. Yes 2 of them under his chin where I have my scars. So it’s literally proof of someone’s life influencing their kids lives. It’s amazing 🤩

In like 2019 I was at A conference in New Jersey for Lyme disease. I worked for Dr. Schwartz who specializes in ART(Autonomic Response Testing)(Muscle testing he learned from Dr Klinghardt. Well my job was watch the door. No bs I was like what? They said the CDC could come and shut us down. I said for what? Y'all the answers I got were scary. Anyway I was to ask every single Doctor, Surgeon, Nurse, speaker for their name to give their Id. Well the only person who had A problem with it was Joe here. At the time I had no idea who he was as I just started my alternative medicine journey. When I found out who that was I thought it was hilarious. I met Joe Dispenza and he wasn't happy I asked him his name lol He wasn't rude he was just like I was ... Like why? Lol I listen to him weekly now.
All pointless. Want the fast and only track to enlightenment? Suffering. Suffer until you cannot suffer one more blink.. And when your ego breaks you will be awakened to the truth of this world. Most get stuck, as this is too much, they never recover and degrade til they die. In the extremely rare case you have the unnatural ability to find drive or purpose beyond the self, then you realize everyone is trapped in an endless loop of either suffering or escaping suffering. Now you must decide to accept and love them, to forgive and understand them. They are you in another form, from a different perspective. We are the universe becoming aware of itself. When you die, you will be shown this... And most will be in agony for the way they neglected life. Never let another's illusory reality supercede your search for familiarity with true existence.
I agree we are the universe becoming aware of itself. But I don't think suffering is either a fast track, or the only track to enlightenment. Sure, it may serve as the impetus for spiritual discovery and awakening, but there are gentler ways to loosen the grip of the ego. Such as through meditation, by just surrendering and letting go, to experience your I Amness, your oneness to others and everything else.

How then to expand one's tenacity, their capability to productively process the uncomfortable? How in safety and coddling protection could more visceral, untethered truths be realized? I completely disagree with this suffering stuff. My wife left me 4 years ago. I did no suffering. I meditate, journal and lift weights. I have a gym in my living room. I go to work every day, I enjoy my job but retiring in less than a year. I live way out in the middle of nowhere. Moose are on my lawn almost daily, wild animals all over the place. I grow my own food, keep bees and am off grid. Life is so good, no suffering here.
Funny how people can even go so far as to undermine and compete with one's suffering.. How poetic. I'm promoting perspective and understanding..it is easy to disagree, has anyone tried both and remained an accolade of disagreement?
I believe suffering will lead to enlightening only after one SURRENDERS. Surrender to the idea, possibility that there is a higher CREATOR, consciousness, energy, universe, God, WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE TO CALL IT... guiding the cosmos. Letting go of old beliefs and choosing to follow TRUTH is the way to total wellness. Dr. Joe is amazing. I wish i would have paid closer attention to this stuff decades ago. But it took me years of addiction, pain, suffering, loss to finally Surrender and say PLEASE GOD HELP ME FIND A BETTER WAY! And low and behold, I find this. Coincidence? I think not. Add earthing to your sleep regiment by using a earthing rod/or the grounding pin from a electric socket, and then connect it to a sheet or directly on your ancles with straps. You will get a sens of peace physically and mentally like being in the forest. This alone will make you do stuff much easier because you will be more rested and calm in mind and body. It is a nobrainer, especially when you feel the difference after your first night of good sleep, and helps to eliviate ailments you may have like pain and other sympthoms. I came for the 11:11.. I assume that is what you meant as well?? My grandfather used angel-times. He´d look at the clock randomly throughout the day or just notice the time and 11 past 11 would mean: do it, 11 minutes to 11 would mean: don´t..IAnd he´d know what it was about.. And it was never wrong, which if you know anything about "cold reading" makes perfect sense.. I have never heard of anyone else doing it, except some members of my family, it even prompted me now to take a look.. and he too called them signals from "angels". It is one way of coming into contact with the wisdom beyond intellect, I feel. Like some people use I-ching, angel-cards, tarot, astrology, toe-reading or tea-leaves. No harm in it, as long as you don´t take it too seriously. However.. for as far as I can see, this particular video is a part of a scam of the kind of "the secret", "laws of attraction". It sells books to the uninformed and traumatised, providing a source of income for at least one person... might positively impact some lives, but then again, so does the lottery or the government or the maffia.. Even a stopped clock is right 2 times a day. I am pretty certain there is not a very enlightened person speaking, he gets quite a lot wrong and is wildly jumping to unwaranted conclusions.. Don´t take it from me, like I know you won´t. If it resonates, it resonates.. But ikeeping your eyes open will help you recognise what is going on. I have been in an environment like this, where everybody was exstatic about this amazing new thing, which was warmed over panpsychism with a little "quantum" thrown in, loads of rituals and personal enlightenment.. Turned out, as soon as the bucks stopped rolling in, the people didn´t care anymore. There is still something in it, of course and I learned valuable lessons, it was a very interesting period in my life.., just don´t leave the bull-shit detector at home.
