@@sushmithareddy-fv5sc yes I don't, and I ain't criticising anyone, just stating the fact and trying to be a little hilarious about it. You just need a better sense of humour to understand. Or probably lift with strong guys.
There's a chinese guy in my gym... Who comes lift 120+ for reps... No pre and post lift actions, no jumping, no face actions.. Just pure focus and no main character energy....it feels more masculine And then there are these guys lol😂
@@AI-rb6zh he prefers these.. Good fr him, his choice... But a calm guy after a heavy lift is wat inspires me... (Suddenly everybody will come and mock me that i'm a noobie😂.. Btw fr those I can bench 130 1 rep max)
@@sarvinraaj5803 a hyping up of ourselves is needed sometimes.. A little boosting up.. But not made up extra actions 😂... Its his choice, his mindset... He works hard too.. Just saying my thoughts
if u think only a masterpiece guy should post then the only one person in the world can post who is the world champion. posting vedios depends upon personal opinion we cant blame for that. he posts his work . we do it for ourself . if u dont like to post dont do it. just i said my opinion brother. but he likes it.
@@Abhirupedits Nop.. it's still there. It's called *Muscle Memory* Your gains will come back at an alarming rate. According to the research of pro bodybuilder Jeff Nippard, the timeframe to get your muscle gains back is typically around half the time you took off. So, if you had a 2-month break from lifting, it might take just a month to get all of your gains back..
I never kept a spotter ..I do incline bench press 140 kgs 10 reps without spotter , Flat bench 150 8 to 10 reps , Squats 400 kgs 8 to 10 reps without spotter , leg press 650 kgs 8 to 10 reps without spotter ..Deadlift 280 kgs 1 reps , Mid row 140 kgs 10 reps …My mind set when I keep a spotter “ I will not let even a stone take away my Glory” ..And I put the weights myself and rack the weights again by myself ( Discipline) …
My bro did 150 kg in his 17 he never tasted protein powder If he did the same thing in America they should've claimed him for steroid abuse. Sadly he's suffering from protein deficiency
thats a close grip man! I dont know how many people noticed but the plates bounced. Im impressed Edit : For people who did not understand the comment, close grip bench press is much more difficult, plates are bouncing meaning the power is brutal. It was an appreciation for the guy's strength!
@@arezh3384 don’t say dumb stuff.. chest is the primary muscle in close grip bench especially at the bottom, maybe top half ll be a triceps dominant part.. this a compound movement, so chest, shoulders and triceps act together, with type of grip %of which muscles r used changes.. that’s all.
There are two types of people. 1. Those that jump, cry, laugh, shout, smell, act and do something. 2. Those who come silently get the work done and go. Both may have the same physique, same results, but the second one portrays class and gains respect. You decide where you want to fit in.
Just a small question, why would people make big arches while taking the bar out of the bench....??? Whether it is to transfer the weight all over the upper body???
