We read recently that- Chinese had set up a Police station ,in Manhattan, NY? When it was discovered, there was an uproar and the Govt took action??? No idea. 🙄

No doubt India may not be as well developed as China, we dt have Indian nationals desperately wanting to leave India even the non - Hindus who accuse India of religious persecution of minorities.
Are these people legitimate refugees. Contrast the rules on refugees with those in illegal economic migrants. At about 2:40 it is mentioned that Asian advocacy organizations are concerned about migrants that are escaping poverty and repression. These are two totally different things. As I mentioned, the former are economic migrants while the later might be refugees. On the other hand, to qualify as a true refugee requires that a specific threat to the individual is proven. The CCP is oppressing the whole population. Thus, claiming general oppression is not a valid indication of refugee status.
