I would need BET to have better programming on there regular channel before I make the jump to pay for it separately. Not for nothing they are like staying at your aunts house and they only have 5-6 DVDs. Gotdamn Boyz N the Hood is on nightly and Im like "But Why Tho???" Why is this movie choosen to run over and over on a channel that is supposed to be a platform to show black greatness?? There are so many great movies they can show that feature us in a much better light. I really feel that since the company is white owned now, things like this are little troll moves. Ricky dying is about 5-7 min in film but 15min on TV. That's wailing mother/girlfriend, screaming children, blood covered black body laying on the floor. Then they cut to commercials for life insurance and shit. I know Im not the only person who notices this. When its not this, its the same 4 Tyler Perry movies so Im not sure what is worse... Stay blessed you are a real one Ms. Pat. Thank you for sharing your life with the world so that we can see that our experience is "normal".
