Prefer the hearts

Those are cute but what do you use them in? I've never seen how you use them or what to do with them?

I also hate taking them out to early because of finger prints etc 😥

You used opaque inks on the hearts? Or dyes? I’m in Canada and have found it hard to find opaque inks. Love how they turned out. I think the purple takes up so much room when spreading. I don’t think you need as much.

Can these be made in thinner molds or do they have to be the domed molds?

I do love how these look and one day I am going to try doing this. I do have a couple of thoughts about these. I am pretty sure I could see more yellow on the backs as you were turning the round ones over, so maybe the yellow didn't sink as much as the other colors? And secondly, I might be wrong but i am wondering if these look more 3D because of the shape of the mold domed vs flat. And I would like to see how they look without the swirl, maybe just leave one each time you do this technic leave one to see how they will look.

I’ve seen the advice to shake your white alcohol inks up well every time you use them as they tend to settle in the bottle. If they’re not shaken up they’ll give inconsistent results. Also, I didn’t understand what you were saying about the white had already been added to that second set of inks you used. Could you explain that more please?

If you look at the mold it looks like the hearts are rounded out. And blink and look again and they are sunk back in. So cool.

Your finished hearts are out of camera range. Can't see the finished product.

Between the hearts and rounds I like the hearts in this pour. The round ones look like brains to me, sorry.

What kind of ink is your white? Did you mixed it with resin befire pouring in?

Try putting your yellow in first, go from lightest color to darkest. You haven't played with the Marabu inks I sent you.😞 There are some really pretty colors and the Rainbow is awesome. These are fun.

I admit I am not knowledgeable about resin but I do know colors. Some colors are more powerful. I wonder what it would be like if instead of even ratios of each color you but less blue and purple and more red and orange. I do enjoy watching the magic though.

Very pretty, I do prefer the puffier version myself. I wonder if you added to much ink to the amount of resin and that's why the round ones took longer to harden.
