This second video of the Trilogy where the Hapax hardware sequencer is controlling the M, Tanzbar, Minitaur, Nymphes & S-1, starts with some CHORDS played by the S-1 (where I change the ADSR envelope), then come the Tanzbar DRUMS (I used the Tanzbar's internal sequencer here, contrary to the 2 other videos of the Trilogy, where the Hapax is also sequencing the DRUM parts). Then some l LOFI CHIMES sound by the M.
Part 1: • 118▶️ Epic Bells 🔔 1/3...
Just after the drop @0:46, the Oto Boum effect is enabled (adding compression and distortion to the DRUMS) and enters the Moog Minitaur for the BASS (I recorded some STEP probability on the Hapax in order to add some variations to the bassline).
All along the track, I switch to different distortion circuits of the Boum ☢️ effect in order to hear how they sounds (from lighter to heavier distortion effect : TUBE @0:47, FUZZ @1:35, SQUARE @1:50)
I also assigned the FILL button on the Hapax to change the ARPEGGIO's rate which I used just at the end of the drop @0:45.
I also used the RANDOMIZER effect quite a lot adding randomly some note & octave changes etc. on the patterns.
On the OUTRO, I'm playing some live fills on the Hapax, triggering some Tanzbar's sounds. 🥁
