Good morning sir thanks for sharing. Battery Number 8 looks faulty too, it draws 0.900 at first test and at second test jumps from 0.01v to 1.4

i haven't listened about it. DCIR or DCR can be calculated very simply using DCIR=ΔV/ΔI

Recommended charging voltage for 1.2 volt nice cell are 1.4 to 1.6 volt per cell

Assalamu alaikum brother. The root cause of the dead cells is because of the way they were charged. Some batteries will have higher resistance and get less current while other the reverse. No BMS will stress some cells more than others .. and as a result of continuing doing so, is killing some and others will survives. Charged batteries should be charged using a BMS .. ie battery balanced charging technique . Thanks for the video.
