I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. Nature is the best teacher there is. Look at how calm and serene it is. It makes any worries you may have completely dissipate. Whether it’s the mountains, rivers, forests they all sing so beautifully together. Cohabiting like they are each other’s companion. We humans have so much to learn from this. Look deeper, longer and without a lot of mental thought in order to meditate so you can see what I see.

There are heaps of you tube videos on different ways to cure depression. Plus try councelling or a psychologist they are great . Dont struggle when you can thrive! Be brave , never give up, persist, reach out write your feelings down, try natural therapies as well as mainstream. Keep an open mind and be adventurous. Never give up and if youre not getting help - start getting some! You have to if you want to get better. I wish you all the best for you getting the help you need and for getting better! My wife says to find a shelter where some lonely animal has lost a parent like you have lost your dog. There are many lonely animals needing the love you still obviously have. After a long hard stressful day, night week month year, whatever your situation, This is totally what I needed. I got into bed put on my headphones and pressed play..... after about 10 minutes I was totally submersed into a relaxed state of mind. I am in constant pain. My heavy pain meds do what they do. The "sounds" help some of the time to get me to the sleep I need so desperately. Some days I don't even want to get out of bed but I have a wife to take care of. Thanks your music/site helps. E

Suggest getting your heart checked out. My husband had severe migraines but was misdiagnosed over 30 years !! - it was his heart not head - they were warning signs.

Don’t give up, man. I been to some pretty dark places and it was only patients and a tiny bit of hope that got me through. IT DOES GET BETTER… it will get better.
