We're doing FundaFunda Academy's Spanish 1 next year with my upcoming 11th grader. It's a little more interactive with a live teacher who meets with them off an on throughout the course, so I hope that will help my son. He just wouldn't do well without that component on something like a foreign language. Wish it wasn't so expensive, but I know that's what he needs. High school really is expensive when you need certain components for you kiddos to excel in an area you cannot teach them.

Good to hear about chemistry. My oldest daughter will be doing chemistry in a couple years and Guest Hollow has been on my list for a while, but wondered about the math component. Thanks for the suggestion of life of Fred! I hadn’t even considered it

Life of Fred is a full chemistry curriculum but if you want the lab component you would either need something like guest hollow chemistry in the kitchen labs OR you can buy the micro chemicals kit from home science tools to do the experiments. Guest hollow is a great program, but if you want the math I would definitely add in life of Fred. The book isn't overwhelming at all and really is quite entertaining.

Easy Peasy High school has a free curriculum. Business Math and Consumer Math are both offered. You might want to check it out.

Thank you for sharing! My oldest will be 11th grade next year. :) I believe Mr. D Math has a consumer math course and also Not Consumed has a new Consumer Math for high schoolers.

I saw that Not Consumed has a consumer math course - I purchased it last week and it came in the mail today! Hopefully will be sharing a full review and walkthrough soon 😊
