This baby beast is so muscular and powerful

I own XUV 300 W8 O Dual tone Diesel. I drove it more than 20000 kms. Overall, it gave me the best experience in terms of power, comfort and every single thing. I could only find few cons in this car. Like its display stopped working one day and went blank. But I parked my car for some time and When I returned, everything was normal. It just happened once in its life. I heard it happens sometimes in xuv700 also. These little bugs should be fixed. Its assistant also needs to be updated. It works awesome with google assistant but Mahindras own Assistant needs to be updated asap. My final conclusion is that you should go for this car without any doubt.

I love XUV300. It is a best fun to drive car. I bought XUV300 W8(O) Diesel this year January,after a test drive with few Sub 4 meter SUV cars. I fully satisfied with XUV300 then I bought the same. . During my travel from Nagercoil to Pillyar Patti I got 25.8km/l with the speed of 80-90 km/ h and 20.5km/ l with the speed of 120km/h with AC on in all the time. In town 16.5 to 17.5 km/l I am extremely happy with the milage and performance of XUV300. It has a torque of 300N/m the best in segment during the hill journey we will really feel the difference. Besides XUV300 is a Indian company car, the maintaining cost is very low when compair other brands. XUV300 is a 5 Star safety rating car. Second row space is best in the segment. 3 adults can travel long distance without any difficulties. No rare AC but we didn't feel any difficulties because of the powerful AC in this car. Over taking in the high way is Fentastic. In a highway even with the 5th gear also we can overtake a car. I can say a lots of positive about XUV300. I love to drive XUV300. If you want to a fun to drive car with good milage and safety go to XUV300.

Need suggestion between xuv 300 w8o amt (16 lakhs on road);and kushaq ambition amt(17.5 lakhs on road). Looking for safety, space , service and drive quality. Does the price increase in xuv 300 worth with few features cut down or kushaq is better than xuv300?

Tata Nexon is well balance and most VFM package under 10 Lakh But its main drawback is its look like crossover hatchback.

One simple question if you can answer. Why there is no CVT variant for XUV300? They are putting mStallion engine in it, they are putting all latest gadetary that xuv700 has in there, then why not a CVT?

Hi, I am looking for an SUV, mainly for highway driving. Safety, performance, driveability, seating comfort are my preference. Obviously XUV 300 is my first choice. Other cars I consider are new brezza, urben cruiser. I will go for automatic, but I am bit concerned about AMT. I have used AMT in Hyundai santro and not impressed with it. From, my research also, I have understood that AMT is the worst automatic. But, from this review, it seems like AMT works good in XUV 300. Can you plz share your experience with AMT gear box....

I am proud owner of this car.. But recently company has removed some features, like airbag reduced to 6, stop light removed from the doors, Alloys reduced to 16 inches from 17 inches... Apart from this engine is so powerful, performance wise ultimate.. best car in the segment..❤️

I have brought this car 2 months back after watching your videos.....as I was looking for an automatic car in this segment ...trust me though its an AMT ,it does its job perfectly well in city as well as highways,no problem in overtaking big vechicles ,breaks are awesome ,ride quality and comfort is superb ...feels premium when you sit inside the cabin...

Sir just one request, if car owners can't speak english fluently then ask them to speak in hindi, they totally fuck up the watching experience with their broken english.

Mahindra should give an update to this car ... They should give rear charging points, LED projector lights, 8 inch new infotainment system and keep the costs reasonable as competitive is very tough now and xuv300 has already low sales The improvement in the boot space will be welcomed by making slight change in the structure

Whoever buys a car they will back there decision and rationalise it useless there is a v bad experience. Like this cars boot space is lowest in the segment. But It is not this owners priority so he doesn’t mention. Nevertheless this is a great car and only driven for 12k. For service experience- Team should ask for service experience of people have cars older than 5yrs and they are getting there car serviced with OEMs. Motoroctane should compare a reasonably driven car on there fit n finish.. on there engine refinements, gearbox etc Overall a good feedback as the owner is happy.

I purchased diesel manual top end variant of this car in October 2023. Driven 30000 km so far. Feels like a tank once we are inside this car. Such is the level of build quality. Never a moment till now did I feel unsafe in this . Diesel engine is a gentle giant ( powerful but refined and silent) . Driving dynamics are excellent . Car is super stable at high speeds. Mileage is also good. There is really no need for rear AC vents in Xuv 3oo. Whoever travelled in the 2nd row feel that AC is very good . Thank you Mahindra

I own XUV300 Manual version & Nexon AMT as well, (right now will just share experience abt 300), driven it around 21k in 2 yrs, did quite a long journeys including Delhi Lucknow, Himachal n Uttarakhand hills…. Responded quite well on hills. Earlier I was driving 1500cc turbo diesel engine and shifting from that to this 1200cc turbo petrol, I NEVER felt I have gone for underpowered.. Depending on highways, mileage obtained at times 16 and sometimes more than 20..

Dear Sishir Misra , would you recommend this AMT transmission for High ways and overtakes in highways on high speeds since the transmission is AMT and not a torque converter or DSG. PLEASE ADVICE.
