Ya true but I was thinking her faith in god might have something to do with it, not just her faith in grandiose success. And I like how she doesn’t think the success makes her ok or worthy, it’s just a nice add on to her.
@@eliciagarcia3601 Yeah, the woman she used to be was a woman of faith, prayer and devotion. Oprah might be a pos today, but she definitely knows God and has seen His power
I love the way Oprah always spoke up for herself - extremely inspiring & empowering. She didn't let the man take the conversation in a way that would suit him. She just said her piece, and kept it moving. She's no body's chess piece.
it's sad she's speaking about being proud so why is she bleaching her skin. She also said old white people should die.. I think she should be thinking about it more.
@@walkinbeauty7273 is your life really this miserable? Oprah lives a stress-free billionair lifestyle and so couldn't be bothered with what you think. 😂😂
The Oprah Winfrey Show aired on most ABC-owned stations, in the United States (except KTRK-TV, but CBS-affiliate KHOU carried the show for the entire run) (as well as various other stations such as NBC, CBS, FOX, UPN, and independent channels through CBS Television Distribution, successor to King World), CTV in most Canadian markets.
This clip is from 1986. Lighting / Film technology wasn't calibrated for black skin tones back then. It wasn't until 1995 that Kodak introduced multi-racial skin color reference cards. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-d16LNHIEJzs.html Also the 1991 movie 'Boyz n the Hood' by director John Singleton pioneered many lighting techniques for black skin tones. Before then black actors would just disappear and look like a floating set of teeth in dark nighttime shots under typical lighting.
My church got a modern live streaming camera, and the way the people like choir members appear on the screen is shades lighter than they are, I think it is the Camera lighting of modern cameras

OMG Oprah was much darker then. She must have had that skin lightening procedure Michael Jackson had. She never talks about that does she? She used to bang on about her weight all the time, and she would talk about her appearance a lot too, but she never touched on the fact she has had skin multiple skin lightening procedures herself.
@@rl7012no she has not also there are skin lightening procedures 😂 melanin makes our skin dark glutathione injections can lighten it but there aren't any permanent things that last forever when it comes to brown skin lol . Also Google search oprah in 1986 qnd look at photos of her. She the same color . They catered cameras to white people's complexions back then they didn't want to look pale so it darkened their skin and our skin as well.
Wow, you actually are what you believe 👍🏾 she knew that she was going to be alright regardless if the Oprah Winfrey Show was a success or not she was going to keep on becoming the best version of her 🙌🏾 and with that affirmation came a wonderful fruition 🙏🏾 !!!
Look at how black she was!! Did she do the Michael Jackson?!! I’m just asking, because there is no way that she can naturally go from being that black, to being light brown. Real Talk
That’s not true… a healthier diet can naturally change our complexion drastically (I’ve seen many people experience this) and also pairing that with a healthier skin regimen can lighten the skin. I’m sure this is her case because it’s not like her skin is currently super light. How insanely dramatic is it for you to compare her to Michael Jackson? 🙄🤦🏾♂️
@@terriecoleman7252 good job noticing their race. But they do not have the same amount of change in complexion. In fact, the difference is far and wide. Which is why your comparison was stupid, in my opinion.
