Heavy snow is creating a travel nightmare across South Dakota today where most roads are closed across the state including interstate 90. Video package was shot from Mitchell, South Dakota and shows stuck motorists, interstate 90 closed, snow plows doing their best to clear roads and business parking lots. A winter storm warning remains in effect for the area until 6:00 AM tomorrow morning.
