Oh my goodness! I love these! I really love the milk, cookie, and rubber ducky! My son's birthday is in 2 months so I'm really happy I saw this.

We've done the books thing 2 years running now, or sticker books we just hand out on their way home! To be honest, I vote we scrap party bags altogether - Mums have enough to do with the party itself without more work! Ha. x

It just seems unnecessary all round yet we still do it because we think other Mums will think poorly of us if we don't! For us, we sort the party, theme, presents for the actual birthday child! and cake, oh I love a birthday cake! Balloons, food, entertainment. The guests get to enjoy the party, they don't need a bag of gifts for themselves on top! The gift is for the BIRTHDAY boy/girl. (Yet I'll keep doing something because its 'expected') x

As a child my mum gave me the option of having sweets and a craft/activity during the party or sending them home in party bags. I always chose to have them at the party and that way the guests still got to take their craft home with them

This was amazing! 👆 really handy for us with Ella s birthday coming up. I've heard of people filling mason jars with ingredients for cake mix excluding the egg and it makes the perfect mugcake! Xx

A good craft idea for bags are mini jigsaw puzzles that the kids can colour in themselves. They've made the puzzle their own and they can then re-do the puzzle at home as often as they want

Cute ideas! My daughter’s birthday party is this coming weekend so I was curious about what else to add to the goodie bags which are nylon drawstring backpacks that are reusable. It’s a girl’s dinosaur theme so I found dinosaur eggs that come with a little hammer, chisel and brush to dig out the dinosaur inside. I also included bath bombs with dinosaur figurines inside, I purchased a reusable water bottle with each kids name from Etsy, I also found some of those huge punch balloons 3 for $1 & packages of bubbles also 3 for $1 to put in each bag. I guess that’ll do. I have a large dessert table with dinosaur cookies, cakes, cake pops, Rice Krispie treats, chocolate covered strawberries and fancy chocolate covered pretzels that the kids can take home so no need to add candy to the bags, I figured. I’m really excited about my daughter’s 4th birthday because last year, we were all in lockdown so no party. We’re having a bounce house, ball pit, we have a large swing set with two slides, a tree house, sand pit, pin the tail on the dinosaur 🦖 and skee ball! Plus a cotton candy machine and photo booth. We’re keeping the food simple. Ordering pizzas, salads, wings & garlic knots. The only thing that I have to prep the day of is the fruit platter and charcuterie board!

That paw patrol foam soap was im news not to long ago after it burned a child so think stay away from that be everything else such great idea

Wish I’d seen this a few weeks ago! fab ideas! We’ve just had Romeo & Ceces Birthday Parties in April & I Did Sweet Cones For Both Parties! So Much Easier & The Kids We’re thrilled With Them! 💚💛❤️💙

This year fir my daughter birthday. I bought a cute bowl - a pair of kid training chopsticks - character spoons Just wanna give them something useful and everytime they use it they will remember their friend.

I love the book lucky dip! I've done up little individual bags for the boys party tomorrow like LoL surprises etc and each are getting a learning book with theirs too as all doing ks1 reading at school :)

I never even thought about this with party bags...we have Calebs 8th birthday tomorrow and the venue is supplying party bags but will for sure use some of these alternative ideas in the future. I love the idea of not using plastic bags and giving out cups ❤️

So many great ideas! For my daughtera 1st birthday I made family goodie bags and put a book, treats for the bambinos, a stella can for the dads and a G&T for the mums, I was popular 😂😂😂

I really don't like those cheap toy in the bag... my daughter had 4 of the little ball from different party.... she only play with them 10 minutes and it forgotten already.
