never been to Croatia but for what I've heard split or dubrovnik should be on this list and remove Marseille which is degrading so much with crime and bad health care

We used to live in London then made the decision to move to Larnaca Cyprus . It's the best decision we've ever made because of , sunny all year round , very low crime rates , no traffic jams , and no homeless people . Try beating this anywhere else .

Tangier is amazing and extremely safe. There was only 3 murders in all of 2023 in Tangier.

For example, you can also visit museums, experience the culture of each country, etc. If you just want to drink beer and sit naked, it is better to go to the pub around the corner.
