I haven't tried angels with silver sharks but i believe this combination isn't going to be a great one as far as overall appearance of tank is concerned
I've had no trouble keeping a school of tiger barbs with angelfish. The key is to have the tiger barbs grow up from babies along with the angelfish. They get along quite nicely
coleman thomas I had a school of 7 baby tiger barbs they were fine in the beginning but yes as they grew bigger they became a problem with the Angelfish fins
I have 15 tiger barbs with 5 angelfish and I have zero issues, the trick with tiger barbs you need a certain amount so they don't bother or harass other fish. My 15 tiger barbs only have time to bother or harass each other and my angelfish will quite happy swimming around without a care.
Fine Aquatics probably should put that in the video then, same with the rest of the fish. Most of these fish would need a very very large tank to safely put them all together and most people who’d be watching these videos probably don’t know that until it’s too late. A little more information on the fish would’ve been nice to. Just a thought.
it says 12 best but included 13? I have found that live bearers such as Mollies are peaceful, but they require hard alkaline water and angels prefer soft acidic. I was also told that Red Tail sharks can feed off the slime coat of the angels and kill them? I've never tried Rams with Angels, or had rams at all, but heard they were too aggressive and don't they need more brackish water? I could be wrong...
I keep 2 Bolivian Rams and have kept them prior to this pair as well. they're only territorial with each other but nothing more then showing off and chasing each other off. Bolivian Rams are some of the hardier Rams to have and hardiest Cichlids to have as well. I've also never had a problem with them with Angelfish either.
Maaf mw tanya. Di tank breeding manfish sy, ada udang air tawar, molli balon. Kira2 ganggu ke telur2 nya mafish gak nanti diantara dua itu?. Mohon sarannya.
I agree, tiger barbs are very aggessive and territorial and if you have slow swimming long fin angels, it won't work. pretty much avoid ANY barbs... worst problem I've had was a rosy barb.
In that last tank are those denison barbs being kept with discus? They shouldn't be together. Denison barbs like water in the 60s and 70s. Discus like it in the 80s. One fish will be out of it's comfort area and will be stressed. Not good.
I have a 55 Gallon tank with 2 angelfish I've put over half of these fish in with them and they've killed them all idk why any ideas or tricks to improve a community tank?
Try taking your Angels out or putting them in a container inside the tank and then adding the others. (Not all at once) then slowly acclimate the angels back in
Create territories in your tank with plants, ornaments and rocks etc. when introducing the new fish, move all that stuff around to change the territories and put the Angels out of their comfort zones! I've also had sucess by putting one of the two angels into a breeding trap or net, so that they are separated, and can't gang up on the newbies, leave it over night then swap and put the other one in the net, with the first one on the loose! In other words... just putting your angels a bit out of their comfort zones. Make sure your newbies have plenty of hiding spots and taht your tank is big enough for them to get away. Good luck.
Don’t listen to the guy above, angelfish are tropical, and goldfish are cold water, they have different temperature requirements to survive, angelfish need a temperature around 26-30 degrees Celsius and goldfish around 20-23 degrees Celsius, angelfish can be nippy and attack your goldfish, goldfish produce a lot of waste (which is why you should not keep them with any other fish species) it’s likely that the guy above has young angelfish(which are pretty peaceful) however adult angels are territorial, and goldfish are peaceful,it’s just not a good combo.
@@zooppets Hi and thnx for this wonderful video. Are all the fish you have in the list peaceful to each other? I mean if I put all the above together in an aquarium are they peaceful to each other..... For example Is red tail shark peaceful with silver dollars?
