Dil Chahta Hai not just changed lives but was a game changer for Bollywood entirely and it shaped future films. Audiences were instantly connected with the characters. Also, there are several films like Nightcrawler and before and post these films, where the bad guy wins. The most important aspect that I learnt from films was that, Movies are a medium of telling a story. Any story and anyone's story. It is we as an audience that should be willing to experience it.

Taare Zameen Par (That every child is special and unique in his/her own way, even if they are not good in studies. That we should understand and talk to those children who are disturbed and silent). 2. Million Dollar Baby (That age is just a number and you can achieve anything amidst any circumstances in life if you are patient, hardworking and determined). 3. Personally, I want to add Whiplash(2014) directed by Damien chazzale who later went on to direct La La Land(2016) and Drive(2011) directed by Nocholas Winding Reffn which personally changed me. And also The social Network(2010) which also really influenced me. It taught me, if you believe and perfect what you do..... You can change the world. And I absolutely adore David fincher and arin sorkin... Also trent reznoik and attikas ross. I can name another 1000 films but these three are the most relatable to me.
