Hi my loves! Welcome to 12 Days of Journaling Day 2, Body Image. Today we have body image journaling prompts all for body positivity. I hope you're able to enjoy these journaling prompts to help you embrace the way you view your body.
➤ HOW TO DO INTERACTIVE JOURNALING:
You will be given 3 prompts and either 3m 30s OR 5m to do them. IF at any point you find yourself needing more time, or want to finish your thought - feel free to pause the video and resume when you are ready for the next prompt. All you need for journaling is a pen, a journal, your mind, and yourself. IF you are someone that doesn't have a journal yet, jotting these down in your notes app is perfectly fine!
