I love how timeless are these videos. You just google the issue and a ton of videos pop up. But everyone knows that Bob & Brad are the best physical therapists on the internet! Thanks from somebody who broke his rib and for some reason bought bosu ball to strengthen my ankles and knees! Life is life this sometimes!

After my ACL repairs my PT had me doing weighted 1 leg squats on the Bosu. Fat, 44, female, he trained me as though I was an elite athlete! I have the strongest quads now, it’s awesome!

I have had both hips replaced, 3 1/2 months apart. I have a BOSU that I have not yet been able to incorporate into my rehab. SEVERAL of the exercises shown, are exercises I am now performing in Physical Therapy, so *carefully* incorporating the BOSU into them will be SO beneficial and motivational for me! Thank you so much for showing these, as well as how to do them with two canes!

Hi guys, love your videos! Very informative and easy to follow. I have a question for you but I’m not sure if this is the best way to communicate it? Are you aware of a condition called chronic pelvic pain syndrome? If yes do you have any advice to offer? Thanks a lot in advance!

I have Guillain-Barre syndrome. During recovery just learning to stand again was a challenge. Overtime I was able to start outpatient physical and they had me using this device to improve my balance. Do to GPS I had cranial nerve involvement from gbs so balance was a major issue. This device really did help restore my balance as the myelin sheath surrounding my peripheral nerves was re-myelinating.
