12 ga. Shotgun Shell from Heck - "Green Slugs" 

I'm a simple man; I hear the words "beaver vomit", and I watch the video. lol

I have been subscribed for years. RU-vid suggested this three year old demonized video today, and seeing Danny brought me to tears. Choose a side RU-vid.

Things I gathered from watching this video: -Jeff, Greg, and Danny are badass. -Doris is adorable. -Brass Shotgun shells sounds WAY cooler than plastic.

That round really impressed me. And remember UHMWPE is strong enough to make 3a body armor with and it also has a +7 positive buoyancy... your body armor doubles as a life jacket.

I loved the brass sound too hahaha

I have some 12 gauge shells from WWII that are full brass case. They were made to hold up in the wet jungle conditions. Another great video guys, woof, woof to the dog! PEACE:)

Hopefully BPI makes another one of these with a lead core for you to play with to really test the expansion, it seemed like the aluminum was a little too strong for any hollow to be effective for the exception of a hard target like the lead plate. Once again, an awesome video. It's been a highlight of my week for years to see what you put out next

That UHMW stuff is no joke. I work with it on almost a daily basis and it is CRAZY how tough the stuff is. Great video as always Jeff. You guys are the best!

Very cool video dude :) I've used plenty of those all-brass cases to simulate WW1-era U.S. military buckshot. They go well with my Winchester 1897 trench gun and complete repro USMC uniform. Anyway, if any fellow Taofleder-folks choose to use these all brass shells (made by Magtech,) make sure you ream out the primer holes BEFORE your first use. These are not top quality shells, and they will often have brass burrs inside the hole that can case reliability issues. I had one that was particularly bad, where the burr almost completely covered the hole! A miniature round "rat tail" file is perfect for getting rid of the burrs. Also, Ballistic Products carries a reloading manual specifically for all-brass shells. I bought that when I first started loading mine up, and it was very helpful.

the empty case of these brass cases make an awsome sound comeing out of a pump shotgun. I had some copper cases and they sounded epic.

One of the big uses for UHMW is to line the beds of dump trucks. It makes them very resistant to the dents that would be put in the bare steel when loads of rock and scrap steel and other hard stuff are allowed to fall into the bed from over the side of the truck. I can see now why it works so well. Great video, again.

I've heard of high brass shotgun shells but that brass is higher than a california congress[person] or what I assume is tyrannical hate manifest in a loose fitting woman's skin.

Since pump action shotguns are banned in Australia if a proper rifle cartridge is created for this and a purpose built pump action rifle was made for it, it would mean Australians can legally get a pump action rifle that can shoot 12 gauge.

My caldwell chrony works really well with a dead battery until it says "batt" but when I shoot slugs with gas seals or felt wads instead of a single piece plastic wad it always reads really low like 100 or 200 fps. It is much better than my old F1 and works in almost all light conditions.
