i genuinely envy u for making time for EVERYTHING. u make time for work, social media (especially yt bc ik it takes forever to edit & stuff) going out & living ur life, going to the gym, traveling .. u literally do it all & don’t complain about not having time u just make it work. i just started working full time & i complain about not having enough time for the gym lol. u are killing it bae. so proud of u!!
I was thinking of you SO much Anna, on 17th, because I am in the same position as your mother was, with 4 wonderful and beloved just adult children. I just KNOW you are such an amazing nurse - I wish you could be my nurse but I am over in Scotland! Seriously though, your energy, your diligence, your enthusiasm, your strength, the way you ARE, the way you weave your beautiful relationship into your full on life - I think you are an INCREDIBLE adult, and I just know that your mother would be profoundly proud of you. I am - and you're not even my daughter! I just know that you're going to go so far in this world and be a brilliant role model. Loved it how you and Chad went to the Ukranian pop up for your birthday dinner - your two are everything.
Food prepping for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on work days as well as snack prepping the day before your 3 day stretch is unbelievably helpful. Then if you can get in 30 minutes of yoga/fitness at home before showering and going to bed you feel a little more balanced on work days. It takes a while to acclimate but you will figure it out.
I feel like I’m struggling too sometimes with time management wondering what time I should go to bed, how to handle days of work, feeling like not having enough rest before school starts eventually

I guess it’s probably a good idea to get an apple air tag and put it (hide it on your camera) for some reason this happens ever again. So proud of you for defending your property and working so hard to help those kids in pediatrics.
